I took my mac book to Rob after attempting to download a newer OS on it and having it crash on me. Rob was honest about the process and additional costs if they were needed along the way. He got it fixed in a timely manner and when he said he would. I think the pricing was very fair and I was happy to support a local business. I would recommend him to anyone needed help with a computer problem. He also had some good advice for my husband regarding a refurbished computer and desktop setup for our home office. The entire process was very easy for me and I have my laptop back up and running better than before.

I have been wanting to build my own custom PC for about 5-6 years, I did some looking around and happened to stumble upon on point PC Repair on Google. He not only was willing to answer any questions and was very thorough, but he was extremely fast and responsive with updates along with photos as the job progressed and what to expect from everything. My laptop needed some new parts because of a broken hinge, and I also had an older laptop that needed data recovery due to a dying fan. Rob, the owner, is wonderful. He works quickly and explains everything that he’s doing in detail, keeping you posted at every step. He noticed that the PC that needed repair was running slow (it was unbearably slow) and suggested I replace the HDD with an SSD. It made a huge difference in the way that it now runs. As far a data recovery goes, the external hard drive that I wanted files moved to was on its last leg and had important photo files that I didn’t want to lose. Long story short, Rob recovered files that others would have considered non-recoverable.

Loved Rob's service, he was nothing but helpful! He did whatever he could to help me repair my laptop! He told me my available options with the price I would have to pay before the work was even done to the laptop. Even when another problem across when fixing my laptop he was more than happy to help with that, for no additional charge. I ended up paying a fraction of what it would of cost to fix out of good faith, but it was worth it since I loved his services and communication so much!

Rob and Dave did amazing work on my laptop! My laptop needed to be cleared out and refreshed from some old software issues and replacement of a few internal parts. Anytime I've had issues with my hardware or software on my pc. I would take it here. Customer service is great . Rob explained would explain in a way that I could understand what had to be fixed an why.
