Sugar Me Desserterie

I was so impressed with both the friendliness of the people at the store but most importantly, the quality of the desserts there. I got two different types of ho-ho swirls, the Irish shortbread, and mini eclairs. They were all fantastic. They were even double wrapped for me when I got there to pick up my order as I shared that I was worried when I called to place my order that they may not stay fresh overnight. I will definitely be coming back! Small business with delicious baked goods!

I didn't think the desserts looked that appealing. They looked a little dry. I am so glad that I was so wrong! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a delicious sweet treat. I tried the cookies, cupcakes, macaroons, meringues, and brownies! I will absolutely stop in again and I will buy my next birthday cake here!!!!! Every dessert that I tried was chewy, moist, and packed full of delicious flavor. The only thing I don't like is the checkout process... I never get an itemized receipt so I don't know how my total calculates properly.

I love working with Sugar Me for cakes and desserts. They are a lovely bakery owned by a mother and daughter and have always been able to help me with any holiday or event that I have profesionally and personally.
They are a cute bakery located in Chagrin Falls and have a whole storefront of baked goods that are amazing and reasonably priced.
We've worked with them on so many events over the years and they never fail to bake from the heart.

Just got married last weekend. We did white almond cake with strawberry filling and it was phenomenal! I spoke to Brittany very briefly and due to our busy work schedules she set up a box of cupcakes so we could try all the different cakes/frostings/fillings we wanted. I sent her a few inspiration photos and she absolutely nailed the cake. More than that, her communication was fantastic. She checked in, confirmed details, and even assured me the night before that everything was going perfectly according to plan. This is all without prompt. To all the future brides out there, I highly recommend going with Sugar Me. If the amazing treats don't convince you, the peace of mind working with someone who was 1000% professional and capable of handling everything without assistance should do it. This is the most amazing bakery. Everything they make is so delicious, and I can never pick just one thing. I love chocolate chip cookies and there’s is the absolute best!

We ordered our wedding cake from them earlier this year, and it was so perfect! They decorated it beautifully, and it was delicious. They worked with our reception venue and it was seamless.
I came back recently to get a birthday cake made for my wife, and they again knocked it out of the park. This bakery is wonderful 😊

This place is just flat out ridiculously good. Everything I have had has been made with top notch execution. And this isn't one of those trendy cupcake shops that packs a metric ton of richness and sugar into each dried-out bite and then calls it "boutique." It just makes excellent everything that you actually want to eat, and they know what balance is in food. Plus, the emailed promotional discounts don't hurt either haha.

Stopped in for the first time this afternoon for a sweets fix and I was so glad I did! The person who helped me was super friendly and helpful! I gave up chocolate for Lent, so she helped me pick a few non chocolate treats and they were delicious! The pistachio macaron was the best I have ever eaten! I also really loved the jumbo vanilla buttercream cupcake. The cake was soft and delicious and the buttercream was the perfect mixture of sweet and butter.
I will definitely take a trip back really soon!

Hands down, best cake I've had in my life. We had a DF and GF cake(allergies), and it was better than *any* cake I've had. Normally with the decorating icing I can't touch it, but this one..my gosh. I can't tell if the flowers all had different flavors on my cake, or that my mouth was so delighted that it couldn't wrap its head around the flavor. These are my go to folks now. And now...I'm going back for another piece of cake.

We have used Sugar Me numerous times for family events and have been more than pleased with everything we tasted! The staff are hardworking and the treats are made with thoughtfulness and care. We live about an hour away and gladly make the trip out to pick up our treats! We will never use another bakery again!!

They worked with Paris Room and made a beautiful cake for my sister & brother in laws 50th wedding anniversary. My sister said the cake was fantastic and so delicious and the colors were great. Thank you Sugar Me for helping me(from Missouri) surprise them and make the dinner experience a bit more special!!!

I live out of town and was hoping to have something delivered which is sorta hard to come by in NE Ohio, let alone Chagrin. I was hoping to have a sweets tray delivered to my friends at their place of work this weekend. It's the holidays and they wok in retail and I thought it might be a "sweet" break for them, pun intended. I was referred to Sugar Me by my friends' husband and I'm so glad I reached out. He recommended I speak to Brittany or Theresa (the owners). Brittany was so accommodating and friendly...I was willing to pay 50-75 just for the delivery alone...she was so kind and assured me it was no problem at all for the delivery. I'm so used to having everything be such a hassle, but Brittany made this transaction seamless. I will definitely visit them when I'm back home and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I got a bad cake for my birthday from another bakery and i wanted a "redemption" cake just for myself. I found this very cute bakery while exploring chagrin one day and I'm so glad I did! My custom cake was ready in a few days and it is the most delicous cake I've ever had. I asked for whipped cream frosting with lots of strawberries and Sugar Me Desserterie delivered. Beautiful cake and it taste amazing. I will be ordering desserts for all my special occasions here!

This place is hands down the BEST bakery to get your treats at. It is the little surprise "hole in the wall" that you may just come across on accident (like us 2 years ago) but you will go out of your way every time to come back.
The treats (including GF options!) are sinfully delicious!!

We decided to go with a smaller cake and then an assorted dessert table with 10+ different options of smaller desserts. Everything was delicious and they setup the display beautifully! I highly recommend for anyone who needs a baker for their wedding or for a special event!

Hands down the best bakery! I haven't gotten one thing that I didn't love. This is the only place I will go to now! I just tried the butter rum cupcakes and they are to die for!! LOVE this place! If you haven't been you are truly missing out on the tastiest treats around!

Excellent sweets. Brownies, cookies and cupcakes are all tasty. Cupcakes are light, flavorful and a delight.

I emailed Teresa with a last minute custom order for a dozen cookies, they were perfect and she was very kind and helpful! Prompt delivery, they looked and tasted great and I couldn't have been happier! Thanks Teresa!

Sugar Me can always be counted on for adorable, quality pastries, cakes and other treats. Anytime we bring a Sugar Me cake to an event it is always a topic of discussion! I very highly recommend this business!
