Dave's Market Severance Town Center

Great customer service! I recently went there and had an issue with my order and it was 3 representatives there that had to resolve the issue. All 3 women were very professional. The cashier, floor manager, and customer service representative. Also, there is a male cashier that always have great positive energy every time I go there. They all represented well for the African American community in a public setting. This experience really warmed my heart!

They got a giant wall of pop. 🫣Good food, hot plates, chiken, fish, pottato wedges, mac and cheese, cold salads, pasta salads...all ready to eat ready to serve...also an assortment of products for daily home use...

Reasonable prices for grocery. Big choice and good quality. Always visit it when drive to post office.

👍Dave's is in my neighbourhood, and I often grab my backpack and go there on foot just for the sake of walking couple miles.
Good bakery smells of bread. Due to having butchers, meat department has good assortment of beef, pork, veal and lamb, and if you are on a budget , you may always hunt for manager price ( which is reduced ) or sales. Among prepacked chicken produce I favour Fryer chicken items which are lean and cheap. And they carry a lot of nontraditional meat items like beef tongues and beef and pork feet. Dely section carry a lot of salads, cheeses and hams. My favourite is Boar Head produce, because it's all natural. As for froot and vegetables -they are good, but what I like about this store is that due to their connection to locals farmers during summer and fall they sell a lot of vegetables and and apples locally grown just for 99 c./lb. Ofcourse there are more to this store, but I mentioned only part of it.

The staff at this Dave's is so much friendlier than the one on 65th, they say that's because they are not as busy but I say that is their job to be busy and friendly anyway

Big store lots of great products produce and in store buys that saves you the traveling on gas and there's RTA bus transportation in the plaza also.

I love this store. The location is safe, large and very open.The size .and price of the dried fruit the nuts and seeds are the best .I am into into eating healthier with an emphasis on whole foods.The store and restrooms are very clean. The staff are very friendly and profession.The provide cheerful, polite and helpful service with a smile.

Personnel always friendly and helpful. Meat department educated me on the cuts of meat when I had questions. They have a reduced rack in the back of the store that is worth checking out at times as well as bakery! They will continue to have me as a loyal customer!

Dave's Market always has fresh food and well stocked shelves in a very clean market. The staff is always helpful and their cashiers are always smiling. We are so thankful to have them in our community!

This is one of my favorite and most often visited Dave's. The customer service is always friendly and professional.

I want to encourage you to stop by the deli department and purchase a few slices of honey maple Turkey, next, visit the salad bar for lettuce and tomatos, than stop by the bakery and grab a fresh bagel. This makes a nice and affordable lunch or snack.

I was able to find some Tennessee Pride sausages at this location and I was very happy. During the last two months I've been to two different Dave's locations and was unable to find the sausages. KUDOOOOO for this location. Also, the customer service was very good.

I love going to this day supermarket just as well as the other one they both are respectable places and more reasonable prices on their food when you go buy it

Dave's is a Cleveland chain grocery this location also has a state liquor store and huge wine selection. Always clean and they usually have my favorite bran muffins all Dave's don't have them. Store is big

This is a five star grocery store for an inner ring suburb. The reason is because it’s full service. I prefer the new Dave’s on Chester, but if you’re in the Heights this one will do.

I love going to this store. I can get in and out quickly while shopping. The meat is always fresh and the shelves are normally stocked.

The cashiers are friendly you can get help when you need it anybody that works there will point you to what you need -I'm always lost I like the service, I like the food, I like the fresh meat.

Great improvements, kid friendly carts double seated..fresh produce, etc. Little pricey but over all love it music accommodate every one. 🥰🥰❣.

Clean food is always fresh. Well lit and airy. No odors from the meat department
