The Fredric SPYTEK agency was attentive, concerned, and always eager to assist when I had my fire claim on January 19, 2018. Each time I called and/or showed up at the agency because of a concern with Allstate, the contractor, my policy, or just to vent about the process, Fred and his staff were always willing to go above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate the extra effort put forth by Fred especially during these last two months. I am so very happy to be back home!! To say thank you just doesn't seem like enough but nonetheless, THANK YOU!

Agents at this location is fantastic! The owner is nice. My agent Colleen is super nice, every time when I called she is always ready to help me out. And when she said she will call me back, she really does, not like most of the insurance agents, they promise to call but ended up not. A lot of times she even helped me with my husband's situation which is under a different agency. Highly recommend this agency!

Allstate has always given us the best care when there was an accident. I would recommend Allstate insurance to anyone who wanted my opinion on that.

We had a minor accident in which only our car was involved. We received a notice that our rate would go up, and the new price was completely unaffordable- almost double what we’d been paying. I sent a polite email explaining that we were going to have to switch to a different company due to the cost. In response, I received a phenomenally rude man-splaining email from the agent. He patronisingly told me why accidents make rates go up. Furthermore, he had the gall to try and chastise me for leaving the company, implying that I needed to stay with Allstate because they’d “stood behind my claim” (like they had the option to do anything else!) and that my leaving due to the outrageous cost was somehow amoral. Allstate was fine until something happened, but I wouldn’t want to work with this agent again.

I was sent a letter from allstate telling me they were doing an interior inspection of four properties I have insured with them. One property I got a message stating there were no difficulties. Another I never received anything about it. And the two others I was told there were some defects but was not told what they were. Later I received an extremely vague description of what needed to be done. No pictures or defined explanation or exact area. I completed the repairs and was required to send pictures of the repairs in which I did so for both properties. One property they accepted and continued my insurance with them and the other one was not. I then questioned why is was not and asked for exact details or pictures. The pictures they sent me were the exact location that I repaired. The pictures I sent them were of the exact location showing the repairs. After questioning them again why the repairs were not acceptable with the proof I sent them of the completions. I was reinstated but never with an explanation. I can only assume that the pictures I sent them were not forwarded. The day prior to my non-renewal of insurance for this property. I went to another insurance company to quickly get new insurance through them so I did not have a lapse in coverage. This insurance agent showed me that Allstate only had my property insured for $140,000. They quoted me the actual cash value to replace the property was over $450,000. In the area where this property is located. Similar houses are being sold between $250,000 to $350,000. Needless to say I am under insured by at least $110,000. I have asked to be given a new quote. And have not heard back from them in almost two weeks. I have always liked Fred and the agents who he employees. Maybe COVID has something to do with it. No in person meetings. By phone only. However, I do feel under served. In the 20+ years working with Fred and his staff. I have had no complaint and have referred friends and family. This situation and the under insured has me very concerned.
