I own a lot of Allen Edmonds shoes. They are well built goodyear welted shoes that are made in America. They have very nice traditional men's shoes and in sizes you probably didn't even realize existed. No matter the shape of your foot They will be able to fit you with a shoe that fits right and looks good. If you have been thinking it's time for a pair of adult men's shoes, then an Allen Edmonds store is really your only choice unless you're in NYC or LA. Stop wasting your money on junk shoes and invest in a quality shoe that can last a lifetime if they are cared for.

I have always had really good service here, even when I had some sizing issues on some new dress shoes that I purchased. Don't let the high prices scare you away, I have 2 pair of Park Avenue's that have been going strong for 5 years now. Before buying Allen Edmond's shoes, I was replacing my dress shows every year. Long term these shoes are way more comfortable, look much better, and are a better value.

Great experience with the store. I am out of the country but needed to have an item returned I purchased online, Brian was able to help me facilitate the return. My family member dropped the item off and had only positive things to say about the staff and the store. I cannot recommend this location enough.

I went into the store just looking to get my feet measured, as it has been about 10 years since the last time. The website had factory 2nd's 20% off, so I was just going to order my size from the website I just always ordered A-E's in 9EEE. I forget the salesman's name, but he grabbed several pairs of shoes for me, and asked that i try 9.5EEE. Wow what a difference. Because of his great customer service, I not only ordered the factory 2nd's I was looking for from the website, but I bought another new pair from this salesman. I also called the 800 number for customer service on an unrelated question, and they were also extremely helpful. Great American company that will continue to have my business.

I found the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to help me twice.

First off, I want to compliment the staff at this store. Not only are they polite, helpful and knowledgeable, but they are also approachable. Having never bought a good pair of shoes in my life (I'm 28), I was a little concerned with the experience of going in to the store. Besides the quality of the AMERICAN-MADE shoes that I purchased, there is nothing that pleased me more than the service that I received from the good men at the Eton store. I would highly recommend before heading to some large department store (Nordstrom's, Dillard's, Macy, etc) to check out this small and intimate specialty shop. Even if you aren't on the eastside, it's worth the drive. Trust me. Plus, unlike shoes from similarly expensive brands, these are made in Wisconsin. Wisconsin! Not some sweatshop in China.

The AE shoes are nothing short of jewelry for the feet. I've purchased several shoes from this store and Brian and Justin are awesome. They know their shoes and how to size properly - great service.
