I don’t know about all the negative Nancy’s here, I had a great experience here. The security, receiving staff, and capstone were all very polite, professional, and courteous to me. I believe that you get back what you put out. If you come with negative attitude then you’ll probably get it back anywhere you go. The backing is a little tight but not impossible if you set up right from the start. However, I found it pretty easy. Second time here, second good experience. Thank you.

I read all the reviews to prepare myself.
Yes follow the sign for a Steel Company at History Ave....make Right..( at the Light to the top right you will See a Red Delivery sign.) Their on the right but make the Left and you will see signs for All Trucks to the Right. Park along fence and Walk to Guard Shack. I was greeted by 1 nice fella ...he was very pleasant and I told him I could have come from yesterday he said...You never know if anything you could have just waited. But they take you early. My appt is for 1330 and I got a Door at 0830...( I had Tissue) who turns away Tissue??..
Anyways you back to your door and walk to Door 127 and there was the tension/attitude.... like. .she was mad at the world or I was bothering her to just simply check in???.. people like that are immature/hurt/damaged and dont know any better.....she will heal one day.

They give you your packet and your walk to the Lumpers to your Right and they call you. THEY DO TAKE BREAKS AT 930-945 LUNCH 12-1230 AND 2-230 (if I remember correctly)

Most Union Jobs have all those Breaks
You will see them walking by as your waiting in your truck so don't take offense ...it is what it is...

1st time here, no issues.

Truckers- you need to park st "the fence line" on the west side of the lot, dismount, & go to the guard shack with your BoL.

Plenty of manuver space.

Really good experience. They have a staging area for trucks...might be able to steal a couple of hours of sleep here. Point of emphasis is how you get to the staging area. Turn right on Hist street (this is the road BEFORE the gps address location). If you follow your GPS it'll just take you to the actual front of the facility where employees park.

I deliver here every week usually out in a hour one of my better drops parking available before appointment not after unloaded. Check in at guard shack when you arrived after you park

Giant eagle is now where you have to hire a lumper for your unload I have not ran in to one person here I don’t like very friendly . As far as unloading times , it’s a hit or miss some days you can sit here for 45 mins other days it can be 6 hours. Just depends on the day but I’m never unsatisfied . Thanks for the work you do workers

The clerks and the especially the GUARD SHACK GUARDS are wonderful. Don't be late drivers..

The way to finches entrance is tru hist Ave is the first traffic light before the main entrance it will end to the company truck entrance.
Thay take me before my appointment and that is well appreciated

Security and staff is good but it took 4 -5 hours for unloading everybody wait for atleast 3 hrs minimum

Limited overnight while waiting for appointment. Always called in earlier than appointment time. Fast unload. Capstone is the lumper service, so the prices can be a little high. Overall, one of the better grocery warehouses for delivery.

Please when coming to pick up or deliver, go to hist ave then follow big signs.

When arrived at the company, there will be a big lot (staging area), park there and walk by foot to check in at guard shack.

This place is kind of busy, it seems like they are doing everything they can to make sure everything goes smooth.

Unloading was faster than I imagined. 30 minutes and other 5 min to pay the lumper
Bathroom,vending machine no bueno.
