Anya was awesome. Helped me find the best furniture for my needs and was very knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and directed me in the right direction.

They were friendly without being pushy. The amazing price we got for our living room set was comparable to one of the "Bargain Furniture stores". Even better is that it will be delivered in 2 days. Tomorrow is a holiday, so that is the earliest delivery date. Awesome considering the last place we tried to buy furniture from had us waiting 6-8 weeks. Then they sent us the wrong merchandise. Finally, we had to cancel it. I wish we had just gone to Elgin first.

Furniture {bulk bed) is very nice. Delivery & set up was a few days after the purchase. The follow up notification as to day & time of delivery was great. Many thanks to Cathy & Anya, very nice. Also to the guys who made the delivery. A+

I visited 4 different furniture stores today!! I left one store so upset because of the customer service. I walked into Elgin and seen the exact same sectional I wanted with awesome customer service as soon as I walked into the store! Both ladies let me know I was there for any questions!! Not to mention I saved a couple hundred of dollars and the delivery fee was $150 cheaper!! It’s nice to walk through a store without someone constantly harassing you!! Thank you so much !!! I definitely will be back

Shopped for Queen size master today.
Bought the Sealy Brand seems like a good quality mattress. Jed was very helpful in
my decision making. Once I get it delivered I’ll leave a review of how well I slept on it. Looking forward to many good night sleeps.

This is my 2nd time around, with Elgin, I was able to keep my first living room set for 30 years before my son purchased this new set for me. I appreciate the sales team, working with my son before I got there. Didn't take long, my son knows my taste. Thank you so much my son and Elgin! 💖🙏

Elgin Furniture was incredible! I had a great experience and found what I was looking for after going to many furniture stores. I found it by luck. I love the fact it is family owned and not a corporation. Everyone there was so pleasant. I highly recommend Elgin Furniture!

Jed and his son were extremely helpful and made our furniture shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Helpful staff, clean storefront, reasonable prices, and no pushy salespeople. Just stop by few days ago here just to look for some couches and the nice lady I want to say her name starts with a K perhaps Katty she was wonderful. She did help my hubby even mayor some couches to make sure they fit right in our living room…. Very nice and polite and even the person helping with us with all the transactions even though we don’t have the couches yet… we need it to make sure about all the actions to make sure how to purchase the couches comfortable to us. They explain everything. So we are good learning about all the actions that we had, so went we are ready we could come back and have a better understanding about financing so when we decided to go back in a few weeks we know exactly what to do..thanks for all your help hopefully we be back soon..reasonable pricess.

We needed to purchase a sofa quickly before the holidays to furnish our basement rec room. The website inventory was up to date and displayed a decent number of in-stock options. We visited the store, viewed a few models with Matt’s help, and made a purchase within minutes, with delivery scheduled for a few days later. The sofa arrived as promised, and the staff attached the legs and took away the wrapping. We will definitely visit Elgin again for our next furniture purchase.

Matt was so very helpful with my purchase. When I say that my bedroom set and mattresses look so amazing in my room, please believe me. The quality of the set is top tier. Delivery guys were very prompt and professional. I turned down a set from Value City Furniture for this set, and I'm glad I did. My set was more affordable and the same quality. Elgin Furniture will be my first choice moving forward for my furniture needs. Very HAPPY customer.

I was greeted almost immediately after entering the store. Anya made my experience fun. The delivery men set up my sectional differently than the store display, but it was practical for my space. I appreciate their professionalism. Anya called me back promptly. At this point, my experience has been great.

Anya was great! She treated me and showed me all of the options that I needed. She even took measurements for me. The financing process was fast and easy. I would definitely go back to make further purchases.

Elgin had so many options to choose from at reasonable prices. We looked at many other places but Elgin had the best selection and pricing out of everything we looked at. Their website is also very user friendly!
