Brandon was extremely courteous and professional. He repaired a master bathroom vanity drain line which was damaged. He and his teammate were very respectful and cleaned up after the job was completed. I recommend Plumbing Source for your plumbing needs.

This review is long overdue. Remodeling Source redid our upstairs bathroom last winter. We are extremely happy with the results. We had used The Plumbing Source for several issues in our house, so we were familiar with the quality of their work. We contacted Remodeling Source and Scott came out, took a look, and gave us our quote. Communication through out the whole project was great. Scott kept us up to date on the delivery dates. During the installation they explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was going on, what time they would be back the next day, etc. My husband and i were very happy with the results. My only regret is why I waited so long to redo the bathroom.

I needed a separate water turnoff valve for the refrigerator. I had a quote from A-Z which was $675.00. I called The Plumbing Source and Luke was the technician that came to my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. He gave me a quote. After he started working on the problem, he realized he didn't have to do any soldering. He then told me the cost would be reduced. Most technicians would not change the original cost. I appreciated Luke being very honest and not taking advantage of me. I would definitely recommend Luke and The Plumbing Source.

Very pleased with the Plumbing Source!! I used them in 2016 to replace my hot water tank. They were great then. Today, Al was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job fixing my laundry water hookup for my new washer. He gave me some good suggestions and pointers on how to maintain everything. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

OMG! Al (and his side kick Jeremy) were totally amazing! They took care of the issue, answered all my questions and even questions I didn't know I had. Very thorough and professional and easy to talk with. I have used this company for years and multiple homes I've owned and am never disappointed.

Mario was courteous and friendly and arrived in a timely manor. I needed a hot water recirculation pump, which I had already purchased, installed on my hot water heater and he did a great job. He politely answered my questions both before and after the installation (I stayed out of his way while he was working). He had all the tools and hardware he needed for the job with him so the job went quickly. I would recommend The Plumbing Source, and Mario in particular.

They were extremely professional, responsive, and clean. It's nice to hire someone and not have to be on top of them to make sure they do the work. Scott took a look at my issue he told me my options and emailed me a quote. I signed the doc. and they started the next Monday and finished 8 days later. They replaced and retiled my basement shower pan. Couldn't be happier!

The remodeling source did a total remodel of my bathroom over the past year, including installing a 10' x 5' zero entry shower into our concrete floor. Plumbing Source installed a new A O Smith 40 gal tank water heater in our home same day. Very professional work in all aspects and good value for the money. Would recommend them without hesitation.

We had our main sewer drain back up into our basement after a heavy rain. A team came out first thing the next morning. Did a great job snaking out drain and running the camera through to show us the before and after. Team was prompt, courteous to us with all our questions and concerns, and cleaned up after. One of the best experiences with a service I’ve ever had. Our technician was knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. They performed our sump pump install and drain cleaning quickly and professionally. The top it off, the price was very reasonable!

I called another local plumbing company who I have used before and they were backed up 2 weeks just to come out. Since my kitchen sink faucet went haywire and was unusable, I wanted to try and get it fixed as quickly as possible. After leaving messages for several other plumbing companies, some of which called back (or the next day) later, I decided to call The Plumbing Source. They picked up the phone, I explained the problem and asked if they were backed up a week or two and they said they could send out the next day, which I wasn't expecting. The office called the enxt day and said the plumbing tech (Maciej) was on his way, right on schedule. When Maciej arrived, he introduced himself, put booties on and asked about the issue. I showed him the new kitchen faucet I bought and he evaluated the current, broken faucet which he quickly evaluated and fixed in less than 1 minute. He said he would be happy to put in a new faucet, but felt the current faucet would last and left it up to me to decide. He explained how warranties worked with Kohler, Moen, etc., and all of my options. I then explained another issue I was having with a bathroom faucet which became harder to operate. He quickly determined it was a cartridge issue and could easily be replaced to restore optimal functionality. He also noticed the old-style shutoff valves had a small leak when operated and ideally, those should be replaced. When I approved this task, he noticed the supply lines weren't up to normal operating and also replaced those. Maciej's communication skills are unsurpassed by orders of magnitude vs. every other plumber I have ever interacted with. I had also purchased a new showerhead (a cheap, plastic version) and Maciej explained the pros/cons and how to extend the useful life of it due to plastic parts as well as saved the previous one along with a cleaning technique to get it to perform better. Maciej has an encyclopedic knowledge about all things plumbing and can communicate it in a way that consumers can easily understand. No high-pressure sales tactics, no upselling, but simply the pros/cons of each element and leaving it to me to decide. Before any work was started, he even recapped the list of work to ensure we were on the same page as we also talked about other potential future work with toilets. Maciej is a gem of a person as well as a top-notch plumber. I could not have asked (nor expected) a better experience. Beyond professional, so happy. The quick turnaround was an added bonus.
