Torch True Value Hardware

Came in by chance when a different hardware store was closed. Got 2 screens and a glass window sash repaired SUPER fast and very reasonably. Also got wire cutters there another time. I'm learning how to become a DIY person so I'm sure I'll be back for whatever I need next. Greg was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Out on a job, 6 3mm screws holding me up from finishing the job...ONLY place in town with the screws, but wait there is more. They had the other items I couldn't find at the other stores.

Very helpful guy behind the counter. Had everything I needed, he gave me some suggestions on how to fix what I was trying to fix, and I was really surprised at how low the prices were, for being a small business. Definitely chose this store over any chain, any day.

If you can't find it, just ask, they probably have it. They make it easy to support your local hardware store. Nice people!

VERY COURTEOUS!
I live in Rocky River and these people are worth a little bit of a ride to get past the big box stores. Ask a question get an answer, they have all the parts for my projects around the house.Plumbing, electric, yard one stop shopping. bought a replacement switch, socket, toilet valve and seats for my faucets.

Walt and his crew are the best. Prices are incredible too. Stay away from big box stores and just go to Torch!

Great place for everything needed in the household - and they still have the occasional odd, older parts. Very helpful staff, too.
