My daughter has seen her for 19 years and i have had no problem with her. Very willing to refer to a specialist of needed. Staff has changed several times in 19 years but the Dr's knowledge and straightforwardness is way above average

The absolute worst experience in my life. I've been in the medical field over 20yrs. The office staff in this place is horrible. Do NOT take your child to this office. They refused on more than one occasion to give my daughter my grandson's shot records for daycare. They told me I could come at a certain time and the doors were locked. I could hear them in there as I knocked on the door. The answering service called the back line and their cell phone, no answer. My daughter went the next day when the were "suppose" to be open the doors were locked and they still refused her the shot records saying the were not ready and the doctor had to sign them. My daughter told them I came to pick the records up and the staff told her no I didn't come "we were here two hours after close" The office staff kept changing the signage as to the price it would cost to get the shot records. Then they said they didn't know my grandson's name. My grandson missed several days of school on two separate occasions because we didn't have his physical and shot records. The staff is horrible. Worst experience in a pediatrician office I've ever had. They've seen my grandson 4 times in 2years and I told them we want all his records we will not be bringing him back, she then told us it would be $25 for his records
