This is a great fenced-in, off-leash dog park with a pond in the big dog section of the park. My dog loves this park, and we're hoping to make it there again within the next few days if the weather cooperates. Just be aware that if it's been raining, your pooch will be leaving there a muddy mess and will likely need a bath when they get home. Be sure you have a towel or two in your car.

My two dogs LOVE this park, it's our favorite. It is enormous with different fenced-in areas for small dogs, large dogs, and a pond. Poop bags and trash bins are located throughout the park. A human and dog water fountain is located near the entrance of both the small and large dog areas, including a hose to conveniently rinse of dirty paws and muddy dogs. Sometimes I like to relax on one of the wood benches that are around.

This is my dogs favorite park we’ve been to! It’s HUGE and there’s a small wooded area that he loves to explore, while stilling being completely secure inside the fence. The pond is open in the summer and helps so much to cool him off in the heat. Plus the scenery is gorgeous for the pet parents. We don’t go to any other dog parks except Canine Meadow now! 😁🐶

Was a little muddy after several days of rain, but otherwise perfect. Happy, friendly dog lovers and so many new furry friends. Pond for swimming + zoomies around the banks, large hillside with wooden agility equipment, and a small wooded area with a creek running through. Would def return when in town.

Absolutely love this dog park. Grass based play areas that are soft on their pads. The small dog area(35lbs & under)is about the quite large. The large dog park is massive and very secure. This park also has a pond, which was closed because it is winter. Their is also a ravine for dogs to explore. Hours of fun no matter the weather! Worth the Drive fro the west suburbs of Cleveland!

My pup has been coming here for almost a year now, a very well maintained lake, a good space for pups to run around and all the people and dogs for the most part are very sweet.
Definitely would recommend.

Amazing place! The best dog park. I’m blown away at how big it is. My dog loves coming here and going in the water. There’s always dogs here, so I know she’s going to get her exercise! There’s a spot to wash your dog after they go in the water too. This is a dog’s dream!

Luna and I had a great time here. There's a little bit of poop on the ground but it isn't too bad pretty clean. There's water available on site and it is spacious with plenty of dogs around to play with. There were a bunch of balls around when I was there and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Too bad the pond was closed because Luna wanted to swim.

One of the best dog park I have found. There is a big dog side and a small dog side and a small pond for them to play at

Simply the best dog park within the Lake ,Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Summit County area. Park is divided into 3 separate fenced in play areas. One area is for dogs 35 pounds or less. One area serves dogs 35 pounds and larger. The third area is a lovely large pond where dogs frolic in or around the water.
The Park's website lists its dimensions as, " Canine Meadow has a large dog area (2.57 acres), a swim area (1.84 acres) and a small dog area (1.02 acres). Access to the swim area is by way of the large dog area only."

The park is well planned having a two gated entrance to prevent dogs from running out without their owners.

The park for larger dogs contains a specific area for drinking water and or to bath your dog prior to leaving the park. The large dog park has a play area with benches for owners to sit as their dogs run and interact with their doggie friends. At the entrance to the "large dog" section, there is a gentle slope with small bushes which allows dogs to run thru a small trail between the bushes as if they are playing hide and seek. This section then opens on the southeastern side to a larger gentle slope where dogs play fetch or chase. On the western fenced side of the park is the gate to enter the pond.

As of August 29th, 2019. The pond area
was closed to dogs. The park's website stated, "Alert: The pond at Canine Meadow Dog Park is currently closed. It is tested and treated on a bi-weekly basis by an outside lab for bacteria to determine whether the water is safe enough for both humans and pets. If the results exceed the recommended threshold, the pond will remain closed until it returns to an acceptable level. Check back for updates."

My best buddy & I have visited the the park since its opening. Each visit has filled my dog with joy. Even now as he reached "senior status" today's visit brought a smile to his face and a wag to his tail I haven't seen in awhile. He romped off circling the larger area's perimeter taking in all the wonderful scents.

Great place to take your dogs. Very secure bringing your pals in and out to prevent others from getting loose. It offers a substantial "big dog" section with plenty of room for them to run and play. Another gate inside that area allows you access to the pond for them to swim and cool off. There is also another large section at the main gates for lil dogs. Benches are available to relax on while the dogs enjoy their time. A great layout under a beautiful sky. Nearby is a wind turbine that really gets spinning on a blustery day, which I found quite enjoyable. Make sure you bring plenty of water for your canine companions as none is available at the park due to c19. At least 2 weeks ago this was the case. Do your dogs a favor and get them there. You'll actually see smiles as they enjoy the freedom this park will give them.

A very nice and well maintained dog park by Lake metroparks. Secure entry and exit for any flight risk dogs and 3 sections of area. One area for dogs 35lbs and under one for larger. One large pond play area for doggos that like swimming. Although if your 35lb or under dog Likes swimming you will have to venture to the larger dog side to gain entry. I have been several times recently and found all of the owners and dogs friendly and everyone kinda watches out for each other. The water feature is my dog Boomer favorite part. 10/10 would recommend checking it out.

Lovely little park. Not the best place to take the little ones but only because it's currently still winter here and the smaller the dog the faster they get cold! I look forward to coming back when the weather is good and letting my little hellian run wild!

This is a wonderful facility. Lots of land for the dogs to run and play. The pond is a excellent addition to this park.

It was a mud-fest but to be expected so I’m still happy I went.

Nice people, lots of space and will definitely be back when it’s dry!

Best dog park in the area. I do wish the pebbles surrounding the lake were replaced with something more gentle though. We have very active dogs, and went home with a sprained paw.

My dog loved it here. Such a nice open space for her to run and for me to get some steps in. The pond is a great feature, and all the gates helped me feel safe to let my dog run around freely. We got there around 11 on a Friday and it wasn’t very crowded, the parking lot was getting full when we left around noon.
