Rite Aid

After reading some of the reviews for the Rite Aide stores where I'm moving to, I felt compelled to express my sincerest thanks for this Rite Aide location. I was new to Defiance and tried Walgreens, but that was a fiasco. Tried to pick up a prescription and found that Walgreens had no pharmacist. After making phone calls Rite Aide helped me to get all my prescriptions sent to them. Compared to the reviews I've read in the area of Bedford, Ohio, I feel thankful to give this store 5 stars. Customer service and the pharmacist were always willing to go above and beyond. I'm really going to miss this store and the great customer service.

Very Quickly they go above and beyond.

Their pharmacy staff is the good kind. I always enjoy my visit and service from whoever's working that day. They're a great bunch of caring employees who value and care for their customers!

I love how they know me by name and always willing to help me understand my medications without being rude in the pharmacy ....service is always quick everyone is polite helpful.... everything seems organized and clean well done employees of rite aid on e 2 nd street. 😁

Always kind. And very helpful. They try to make sure I have my meds. If shipment did not come in they try to make sure I get them asap

Good place, but terrible expensive for my budget!

The pharmisr Austin Schultz has earned himself a complaint with corporate. He needs to be fired immediately and also the lady who was working back there the morning of 2/9/24 who wouldent give her name. Very unprofessional service. They both need fried for being rude and u professional. I called corporate today and started a case i will update this soon. I've been going to this same rita aid for 20years and had no problems till these 2 people started working there. Stay away from this place they give your private information out be aware. They also call your doctor and lie about u. Notice all there reviews are old the good ones

The manager is racist and abusive. She pushed my friend's 18 month old baby off the counter on purpose and gave him a huge bruise on his head. She should be fired ASAP. Boycott this store!
