I am so impressed with the quality of the work that Karbella provided for tuck pointing our chimneys. From the initial quote to the completion of the work they were responsive, timely, and kept me up to date on when the project would start and finish. The crew was courteous, did excellent work and was respectful of our property. Great Company!

We had a large 4 day project: tuck point both chimneys, replace a leaking vent in roof, tuck point loose mortar/cracked bricks around the house including front/back porch steps, and replace rusted lintels and bricks above 5 windows, which were causing cracks/loose mortar around the windows. Bill did an excellent job providing the estimate, fully answering my questions and explaining what and why needed to be done. (We had 3 different estimates on this job.) The crew was 4 guys that were friendly, cheerful, courteous, and effective. They explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They also did a very good job cleaning up each day. Not only did they spray off the windows on the last day to get the brick/mortar dust off, they also cleaned them with with windex. I am very happy with the crew and quality of the work.

I have already recommended them to a neighbor who needs some chimney work done.

Hired Karbella for an emergency roof repair/ almost collapsed roof. Shane came out, they were running 30 minutes late and had great communication and let me know. Everything was explained thoroughly and the process went smooth. Everyone was nice and the customer service was fabulous (and I’ve hired quite a few “contractors” from other places in the past!

Karbella Construction did a great job for us recently on a tight schedule. They fixed a variety of roof leaks, brickwork, and gutter items that needed attention. Workers for three different crews were punctual, professionalism, and good communicators - not to mention clean and respectful. Would happily do business again with Karbella Construction for any future roof, brick, gutter, or other construction needs.

Amazing! After we called karbella construction we met with Shane the following afternoon, we showed him our concerns with our chimney and decided a rebuild was necessary. The quote he gave us was very reasonable and within two weeks he had a crew start the project . We couldn't be happier with the job and how the chimney turned out, we will definitely be using karbella construction for any future masonry work!

Karbella did a great job replacing our roof. The workers were courteous and kept the yard clean. I have confidence the roof will last many years. We upgraded to the Atlas StormMaster shake shingles. Karbella is easy to work with and a good value - plus they like cats!

Karbella Construction is the best company to do anything roof related. The workers showed up everyday on time and with great attitudes. They would let us know each day what still needed to be done project wise and keep us in the loop. Karbella was the cheapest quote we received and did phenomenal work. The crew did a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. Would recommend this company to any and everyone!

Karbella Construction did an awesome job on the roof. They were by far the cheapest quote and then performed exceptional work and service. The crew was kind, courteous and very hard working. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. The owner of the company was checking in daily to see the progress of the work performed. 2023 Update: Went with Karbella once again! They did an excellent job on our roof for a very fair price. My daughter is playing in our backyard constantly and they ensured that everything was cleaned up properly. They show up when they say they will and the job will go like clockwork.

2021: Did an excellent job tuckpoint repairing my brick house. The entire crew is very professional.

I needed a new roof so I got quotes from multiple local companies including Karbella. Their price was competitive and included a good warranty so I went with Karbella. Installation was completed in a day and half, which included reroofing my shed. One small issue occurred with my gutters where water wasn’t properly going to the downspout, I called Karbella and they were out quickly to fix my gutter at no charge. I highly recommend Karbella for the value and responsiveness.

After getting bids from multiple companies over a period of a few months, we decided to go with Karbella Construction for a full roof replacement and new gutter installation. From the initial estimate that Bill gave us, Karbella was very detailed on the work that needed to be done. Our project had a low slope roof on the back of the house that required different roofing of which Bill explained the pros/cons and different options of materials we could go with based on the slope. As well as how it would blend and match with the shingled portion of the roof.

Shane and the crew that came out was on time, professional and took care to protect our property, deck, and landscaping during the entire installation. As nice bonus, they completed the job one day ahead of schedule and the project came it at exactly the price (a very fair and competitive one) that was quoted. Can't say enough positive things about Karbella, would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with Karbella. Unfortunately we have had 2 emergency situations in the last several months requiring extensive repairs, including a roof replacement. Shane and his team responded immediately and were on site within minutes. Fast, fair and informative. Definitely would call again if the need arose.

Karbella did an great job replacing the flat roof over the addition of my house as well as cleaning the gutters and installing gutter guards throughout. Shane and Karbella installed a new roof and gutters on my home a few years ago and did a great job. The entire Karbella crew was professional from start through finish, including their thorough clean-up. Earlier this summer, I had someone else work on our chimney. This other company did a horrible job and damaged our roof and chimney. I explained the situation to Shane and he inspected chimney and roof, identified the issues, proposed solutions, and had a crew out to fix the other company's work in a matter of days. It is rare these days to have a company this responsive with this quality of work for such a fair price. I will continue to highly recommend Shane and Karbella to friends and family.
