Honda of Mentor Service and Parts

As the oil was draining, I watched from a distance as the mechanic inspected the underside of my car for any problems, inflated my tires to 35psi, and completed a thorough inspection of safety items. At 144,000 miles, there were no other issues found. Thorough job, well done.

While waiting for the car to get done. I got a video from the service tech. It was nice seeing somebody that was happy doing their job. It helped in the confidence level of the whole establishment.
And my Honda idled smoother than before.

Service was great, sales even let me try out the motocompacto! The video of your vehicles multipoint inspection is the coolest part.

Have been working with Honda of Mentor for almost 20 years. The service department is great. They keep me updated during the service appointment. I always feel confident that our vehicles are well maintained and most importantly safe.

I did not receive a service report. When I went back to get it I was told it could not now be possible to get one.Not good! Also your web site promotes a Honda ultimate oil change but you are not using Honda oil. I am posting 5 stars to be nice and overall being treated well.

I came in for my first maintenance on my new hybrid and it was so nice and easy to get a quick scan, do the maintenance and see what was additionally needed. Also, had an estimate for a cracked grill, damaged bumper and camera fix. It was very affordable and will be taken care of next week. I Love Jen Domenech, she is top notch. Daniel did my estimate, explained it and was super helpful with questions. Saw Ken Kuty, who showed me some new vehicles and is always so fun and friendly. Honda really is part of my family, and I am always grateful for the excellent service provided by top-notch employees. Thanks, Honda of Mentor, for being #1 in my book.

Brought my daughters car in for service early Monday without an appointment and they took me right in! Was a gamble but they took care of me and it was very quick. Can't say enough about this dealership! Shout out to Mr. Frankenberry who greeted and took care of me!! Always a great experience at Mentor Honda!!

The entire experience of getting your car serviced at Honda of Mentor is exceptional. Details about your tire tread and alignment are immediately visible as you drive in. A service advisor greets you and checks you in within 30 seconds. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable.

Bringing your Honda here, service is straight forward . A complete history of prior visits is available - if I have questions of what should be performed on my vehicle - advisor recommends necessary work, nothing more. There is no selling pressure

This dealer service was much better than my experiences with two dealerships in Cincinnati. No screwing around trying to slip additional work into the bill etc. The Service Manager, Pat, knowing other dealers had tried to troubleshoot the problem with the 2017 CRV scanned it himself and selected the right actions. Parts were in stock at the dealership. Excellent communication, The car was fixed for good within a few hours.

Adam Frankenberry was very helpful and listened to my concerns. We talked about the fact that my car was 12 years old and therefore I was always evaluating how much money to invest in repairs versus getting new. I told him that the repairs he suggested seemed reasonable for a car that old and I agreed to do them. I very much appreciated that based on that conversation he had the guys go back and look at my car again to make sure they didn't see anything else that needed repair, so that I felt better investing the money that I did on this visit.

I’ve ALWAYS relied on HoM for ALL repairs/maintenance on my 2012 CR-V since day one and have NEVER been disappointed. I trust Jennifer/Service Dept implicitly as they’ve never steered me wrong. I’ve referred others to Sales/Service and they’ve been very satisfied also.
