Hanna was absolutely wonderful, she helped me in my time of need. She sold me a new phone and saved me money all at the same time. She went beyond and made sure I got my military discount. I can't say enough in how friendly She was. I thanked her several times.

Hannah was super nice and helped me get a new phone in under an hour. She reminded me of different sales going on, and let me set up my device to transfer my things from one device to the other on my own while she worked on the paperwork. I’ll definitely be going back to this Verizon location anytime I need anything

Awesome customer service with a personal touch! They have a wide collection of cases and accessories. I’m not a Verizon customer, yet I was welcomed with open arms. Hannah is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled at applying screen protectors and cases. She also was able to enlighten me with regards to Verizon’s prepaid plans without the feeling of a sales pitch and ZERO pressure! I’ll go back to THIS store when my current service is ready for renewal. Super friendly!

Nicole and her coworkers were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions clearly. I did not feel pressured into something I didn’t want when purchasing a new phone. It was great talking to them as I am a very happy customer.

I’ve only had the pleasure of doing business here twice and have had nothing but the best quality of service! Hannah who currently works at this location is friendly and did not rush us to make any decision. And she was very good at answering and explaining any questions I had. This location never seems to be too busy either. So easy in and out service.

We visited 4 other places prior to stopping in here. They helped us decided on the right plan. We were able to get the phones we were looking for and the price fit our budget. My impression was that they are professional, know what they are doing and were willing to listen to our wants and needs.
