When I was very young I had the misfortune of working for a man who told me that whenever a customer walked into his business, he saw not a fellow human being, but a figure across their forehead representing how much money he expected to ultimately make off of them. Beyond this number, he said, he saw no further use or value. Recently I enjoyed what was hands-down the best experience I've ever had buying a car. From the moment I arrived at Crossroad Car Connection East in Ravenna, I was treated with kindness, respect, and honesty by Mr. Bob M., who exemplified what we should all aspire to in our daily lives. At no point during my three separate visits to the office to meet with Bob did he make me feel pressured, tricked, or reduced to a number. He treated me like a fellow person, and he made what was a stressful time in my life (I was also moving that week) a happily memorable experience.

Ultimately, the car I gladly purchased from Bob, the money I spent on the vehicle... these things will go away. What will last, what I won't forget, ever, is the way Bob treated me. This is what matters. Every time I start up my car now, I'm reminded of what a heartwarming surprise it was to find myself blessed with a reminder that there are truly good people in the world. Crossroad’s phone was answered by Bob, an affable, pleasant, mature gentleman who I instantly knew was a car guy without the dealership dance moves.

Bob does business the way business should be done, Straightforward, clear answers to every question, no hidden agenda, nothing to make a long time salesman like myself even raise an eyebrow in suspicion or concern. There’s nothing fancy about the lot, the cars, the office or the salesman. But I walked out of Bob’s office with the keys to a no-rust Virginia car with 76,000 miles and a dusty interior for a whopping $4300. That car is a great value, worth additional investment and I have not a shred of regret for making the drive to Ravenna.

My fiance and I got an SUV here on December 30th. The salesman is straight forward and honest. My man drives the car back and forth to Cleveland for work and it has no check engine lights on. Its a quality vehicle and we are happy with our purchase. Have only spent 160 on it to fix a stabilizer bar. I'm happy. Would highly recommend on the salesman alone. An honest man and thats a rare thing in car sales. No hassle and the price listed is out the door. Will come back in a few years when we need another car.

I have bought a couple vehicles from Crossroad with no issues outside of what normally goes on with older models with some miles on them. Recently I discovered a major issue with the title for my vehicle (auction’s mistake, not dealership) and regardless of Crossroad having no obligation to help me out with this 2 years after the fact, Dave went well above and beyond to help me and was able to get it fixed. Just bought my second vehicle from this place and he did everything he could to make me feel comfortable about it. Extremely fair and did a lot of extra work to the car I purchased without raising the price. To top it off my previous vehicle (I bought 4 years ago) is still running strong as we speak! Bought a truck here a week ago, those guys are so nice and polite. I didn't feel the typical 'used car salesman' pressure to buy. I have been watching Crossroads Car Connection East for a couple of weeks waiting for the right truck to show up.... last week it it did. The salesman that helped me was 'Nate'. He was honest about the truck. This is my 3rd vehicle from them and I will return when I am ready to buy again. I saw 1 negative review from someone who didn't even go inside to talk to the salesman? How do you give a review on something you know nothing about??? If you need a car and are on a budget you owe it to yourself to stop in and talk to the guys. My husband and I were looking for a good family car. A lot of other places wanted to charge us WAY to much or basically tell us they didn’t have anything within our budget. Nate was amazing! So honest and nice. Helped us find a perfect family car for us! We will be back soon for our daughters first cars!!

Found them online and took a drive to check on a vehicle I saw posted. Easy location to get too up front with the stock on the lot. Huge plus to me they didn't sugar coat anything on the vehicles on hand what you see is what your getting. At the end of the test drive talked about the vehicle I was interested in and in no time reached a deal. On the lot is a pretty good variety of cars trucks and suv and in my eyes being a mechanic everything is priced at a really fair price. Will definitely be looking into doing business again with them when looking for another vehicle.

Finally got around to leaving my review. (Nate).. I purchased a 2007 grand Cherokee from these guys with the intentions of driving it around for winter purposes only. I've put on almost 5k miles already drove to Columbus and back a few times now car has been awesome si far.. what I liked most was there honesty letting me know as much as they knew about the vehicle. Bought it knowing there were a few minor things that needed replacing no biggie. Price was very very fair if not below what it was worth. Bottom line I will definitely buy from this place again A+++

Straight forward sales! Worked with Bob, and he was honest about known issues with vehicles and what had already been repaired. Bring a code reader, and you'll know what you may need to fix. Don't be afraid of a less than perfect interior, that can be cleaned. Mostly auctioned cars from out of state, with little to no rust!

Went here on a whim because...well...in all honesty...the reviews were nice. Ended up buying a Ford Escape at an affordable price! Nate was awesome. Worked with me and my wife. Hospitality was epic too. (It was super hot that day) I highly recommend this place for sure.
