I wanted to shout out RAZOR at Howe Ave. I was trying to surprise my girlfriend with her favorite drink (which I didn't know the name of). Razor was so patient, kind, and helpful! I was able to surprise MY partner because YOUR partner had my back. Thank you!! 😊

Listen, this Starbucks blows the others in the area out of the water. They’re always more than friendly, quick, on it, and accommodating to my crazy drink concoctions.

Each day I’m always greeted, the conversation is always appreciated (and hilarious). I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since I moved to the area 10 years ago and WON’T go anywhere else.

The drinks are always right and comes with that extra barista love. 💜💜

Nadia recommended a drink that she makes there with the peach tea and it was excellent! She is very nice and friendly, she is an awesome employee that any company would be lucky to have!

This is my favorite Starbucks location! The staff is very friendly and make my day every time I come here. My order is always perfect each time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to go to a Starbucks in the area.

This starbucks has some of the nicest employees. My drink was very delicious also. Had a question about merchandise and the barista was super helpful! Shelves were very organized and the floors were spotless. Will definitely be stopping here again!

This is actually my favorite Starbucks. The staff is so sweet and the manager is very friendly and welcoming. When I come in, they recognize me. I actually feel like I'm in a local coffee house rather than a soulless corporate depot. They make me feel like a person, rather than a cog in the machine. Thank you.

I placed an order for 2 Toasted White Chocolate Mochas and 2 Cheese Danishes. Everything was ready when I arrived. The coffees and danishes were delicious. The batista was friendly.

I hate going into target - and I legit only come for Starbucks & this Starbucks is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. The employees are so nice and laid back. The drinks are always perfect & the inventory is small - but boomin! Thanks for being worth the extra turn

I live near by this Starbucks so I frequent pretty often. The staff is always really nice. Which held especially true on Saturday November 3rd I stopped at 6:30 in the morning. The gentleman that was working the drive thru was so pleasant and just such a great way to start the work day!

Very busy store churning out lots of orders as quickly as possible. Plenty of team members all doing the darnedest to keep up. Understandably still a bit of a wait for my order. Order was correct and drinks were excellent.

Oh my goodness... Talk about great service. I win a Starbucks card at work. I decided to go spend it. I ordered 2 Carmel Macchiato and 2 Pumpkin muffins and pull up at the window and say my card was empty. They comped my whole order and gave me a number to get my card fixed. I will be back!!! Great service

A tiny little hole in the wall Starbucks with a drive through! Staff is friendly as can be, even during a rush. I've never had a problem and my orders have always been correct. They are average speed though which is not a complaint at all. If you're looking for a Starbucks to breeze through before work or during lunch, this is the one to go to!

I absolutely Love this location, I will drive an extra 15 minuets to get to this location. The staff is AMAZING, they know me just by my order 😂. I love the messages I sometimes get on my cup. It really has made my day a few times. No matter how busy it can be the staff has always been nice with smiles on they face.

Fast courteous service. They kept the line moving. Don't be intimidated by line length. Hot items were hot, cold items were cold.
In line and served in under 5 minutes. The line permitted me to order from the app and customize without knowing all of the Starbucks jargon.

The baristas at this location are absolutely lovely! This is by far my favorite location I’ve visited in Northeast Ohio, and believe me I’ve been to many here. The building isn’t crowded and the workers are just fantastic. Obviously they have the same food + drinks as any other Starbucks but the energy here is unmatched. I will be back!
