Giant Eagle Supermarket

I got here daily almost sometimes 2 to 3 times a day depending on what's needed.The staff here hands down best customer service I have had at any store would like to give a shout out to Nathan,Joe,Ayustin,Nicole,and Paula for all of the hard work and care they do I cracked a rib at work and these people were hands down awesome I hope they all get some kind of thank you from the company please dont think all of the hard work you do goes for nothing for some people it makes their whole day

I love the smaller size of this GE. Somethings they don't always have EVERYTHING I need, but that's ok, it's VERY rare. The employees here are so kind, always saying Hi. I refuse to shop at the Ravenna location after 2 front end older lady employees berated me for letting a friend use my advantage card to check out.
Very embarrassing for the both of us and my 8 year old daughter.

My cashier's name was natalie. She was very helpful and exclusive to my checkout. She helped me with all things being bagged in accordance to how I would consume them. As I finish checking out, she bagged them in accordance, and place them in my cart for extraction. She was patient enough with my payment, and made sure that I was satisfied with all selections that I made. I would come again to this Giant Eagle store so I can experience the same recourse that I experienced before.

I just recently moved to this area from Cleveland and have to say how impressed I am with the customer service at this location. My cashier Domynik was very patient with me when I accidentally took out my card too fast and then had to call my partner for his debit card pin. I know I held up the line a bit, but he was very friendly and patient. I’m pregnant and have a hard time loading my cart by myself, but he took the time to help me bag all of the groceries and put them in my cart which isn’t standard practice anymore. I also wanted to point out Josh, the man outside working with the shopping carts. I noticed that he was going above and beyond to collect carts from customers so they didn’t have to put them away, and was offering them to customers who were just arriving. Great job! It’s so nice to see good service which is so uncommon nowadays.

Store is kept in great condition. Very clean. I enjoy the atmosphere here more than chain stores.

Wanted wine, and they have so many choices! They have wines from Maize Valley, Hartville!! Got some Hanky Panky and some Red Neck Red :)

The workers here are amazing. They are very helpful and kind. The workers were also very friendly to my 4 year old who's a chatter box. It's a small town grocery store and very welcoming. I even got help in the parking lot from another customer because my cart kept trying to run away from my car. If you need a place for food and want a pleasant experience this is the place to go.

Glad you asked for the review. My wife purchased the Thanksgiving whole turkey dinner, with all the traditional sides, it was amazing. It definitely brings back memories of my mother's Thanksgiving family feasts, without her nagging to "help" wash the dishes. Giant Eagle's weekly meals to go, are also worth a try. We do have much to be thankful for. Thanks to all at the "Iggle"!

I have done curbside service, and they are quick! I go to this store a lot based on how friendly the staff is!

Giant Eagle is among the best. Great products and service. They're working very hard during this crazy time to keep everyone safe. Always a good experience stopping there, both the grocery side and the pharmacy.

This store always has great specials every week. Very fresh meat. Love their bakery and deli. They speak for themselves. Very helpful at the customer service desk. Also has a pharmacy inside. Just wish they had a drive-thru to pick up your meds. They now offer curb side pick up for your groceries. And they have a fuel perks program to earn free gas or a percentage off on your groceries. Love that program!

Very good selection with a friendly staff. I appreciate the help whenever I need it and they are very welcoming.

This small Giant Eagle in Rootstown generally has everything you need for the basics. You will get to call ahead if you are looking for a specific cut of meat, or type of fish. Staff is friendly, the store is older but generally clean ama neat!

I go here once a week and buy what I need. My hats off to every shift. Very nice employees, thank you to all of you..

Just needs to be a bigger Giant Eagle!!

Its the smallest Giant Eagle I have ever seen anywhere inside compared to other Giant Eagle stores. it was very compacted that's for sure but very clean and organized and a very big parking lot it was very clean. also very nice polite staff members and cashiers😀👍

It may be a small store, but the cashiers and bagger are very personable and friendly despite what you hear about the "management " if you call it that or is it "politics". I will shop there because of the workers.

Prices kind of high but the meat quality is great and they have great sales

My first job was here when I was sixteen (17 years ago) and I was happy to see some of the same employees are still there with smiles on their faces ready to help their customers, great grocery store and great people!
