Taco Amigo

I absolutely love taco amigo!!!!! The food is such a good comfort. I would 110% recommend getting your fries extra crispy. If heaven was a fast food place this would be it. The shakes are amazing! I love it so much I got the T-Shirt. If you haven’t been to taco amigo you haven’t truly lived. I could eat here all day everyday. The fry sauce is sublime. It’s a 10/10 but due to inflation it’s actually an 11. Absolutely obsessed. Has lots of options making it a good choice for the whole family.

Awesome first experience! Got a double cheeseburger, fries and a Blackberry Banana shake. All of it was sooo yummy!

The food here is always on point! I've been coming here for years!! And introduce it to my husband! We come here quite often and always love everything we get! My daughter loves it 2!! I will say the nacho Supreme and frys and fry sauce and strawberry shake are amazing!! It's such an amazing food place! Love it!!

Always served warmly at this location. Although the service can sometimes be slow, the food variety and cost makes up for it. They have great burgers and delicious burritos! No where serves such a good variety as taco amigo.
Although not everyone likes the flavors, coming with a large family is perfect because everyone can be pleased regardless of picky natures.

I left Taco Amigo so happy! I drove an hour out of my way to eat here on my way home. They have the best hamburgers and fresh peach shakes. And don’t forget the pink sauce for the french fries. They pick the peaches fresh every morning for the peach shakes.

I will forever be a proponent and champion for Taco Amigo.

Great local restaurant. Over the years I’ve always had friendly and kind customer service. Their menu items are delicious, from their Baja melts to their cheeseburgers and glaciers. Their seasonal shakes are also delicious. I came here a ton when in high school and attempt to return as frequently as I can when visiting Utah. Go and support local business here, but also go to enjoy a delightful restaurant experience!

Best place to get tacos. I love this restaurant.
They are so friendly. The food is delicious. The only bad thing is they are usually very busy so there is a short wait time,but it is worth the wait.

Miss it since I moved out of Utah County. So when I go back I have to eat here. The big amigo is far superb to the big mac and the fry sauce is the BEST!!

Cramped parking lot for the size of the drive thru line. But service was great, the shakes were so good! I got the blackberry one.

If you haven't had one of their fresh peach shakes - you haven't lived. They're to die for! The restaurant also makes really good fast food and is always clean with nice service. Tonight the owner came out to our table and gave my kids suckers and chatted with us for a bit. So nice!

Me and my sister come here all the time, it is a great place to get awesome grub, and It is a great place to socialize. I love love their food comment are usually always get the bean burrito. Their fries are the best fries. Freaking awesome 5 stars.

Great food, but the proportions of their items are kind of imbalanced. Burger is small, fries are huge. Not an issue, just important to know when ordering

I’ll be clear up front, I have only had the strawberry milkshake here but oh my goodness I loved it. It’s a seasonal milkshake and so delicious and fresh. The milkshake as a whole was thick and the strawberries were slightly frozen so this gave them a nice texture and their flavor was captured.
Definitely go if you’re in the area and love a seasonal fruit milkshake!! I came all the way down from salt lake.

Their fries are amazing! I just load up on fries when I go. Their peach shakes are also to die for (usually only available in the summer)

Taco Amigos fries are amazing. I used them to make Carne Asada fries and they are better than most Mexican Places. I kind of wish they added this to their menu. YUM.

Taco Amigo is a rare gem. I've been a regular of this place since I was a kid. Both the Orem location and the Pleasant Grove location are family owned and are amazing. Service is fast and friendly and they really do a fantastic job keeping their restaurant clean and inviting. They have fresh peach shakes in the fall and fresh strawberry shakes in the summer both are amazing and something our family looks forward to each year. Their french fries and fry sauce are perfect we love their bean & cheese burritos the double cheeseburger slaps! There is nothing on this menu that we don't love and we've tried it all.

It’s not amazing but good food! The portions are a little small and the prices are a little high, but it sure beats the hell out of Taco Bell. Make sure to get a strawberry shake one in season. Just a great place to go meet friends always has a great atmosphere.

The food is great, but the service is outstanding. I sat visiting with friends for about 2 hours and I can't even tell you how many times I saw someone cleaning something. It was truly amazing. This place is clean and I love it. The peach shakes were yummy and the fries and tostada were so good!

Okay let me explain the 5 Stars... this place is AMAZING but honestly it is not their Mexican food that makes it a 5 Star restaurant. Their Mexican food is good but I would say is very "American" not tons of spice, not tones of flavor, but good simple and to the point. Their French Fires and Fry sauce AMAZING. But the thing that you can not get anywhere else that will leaving you craving them year around are their Fresh Strawberry and Peach shakes. OMG my mouth is watering just thinking about them. The are made with fresh off the farm fruit, the farm of which is owned by the owner of Taco Amigo (at least that is what I've heard). I swear you can't get a shake like this anywhere full of flavor that smacks you in the face in the best way! These shakes are seasonal so when you have them consider yourself lucky. Their other flavors and shakes are good too, but the fresh farm fruit just can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and visit them as many times as you can in the summer months for the Strawberry and Peach shakes, I mean we all need a little layer of fat for the winter right!
