I have their monthly membership and it's awesome. You can get your car washed once a day if you want to even though I go once or twice every ten days or so. Your car comes out looking great every time. I love this place. I just wish I would've found the deal years sooner if it was available.

Great and fast car wash! Service is always friendly and the line moves quickly. Towels to dry off any left over damp spots on your car free of charge. Joined the monthly club to get unlimited car washes, one a day if I wanted, for around 24 dollars per month. Definitely worth the price with Ohio weather!

Love pulling out of the car wash with a sparkle shine clean car! First thing they do is by hand sometimes the kids get a little lazy and could do a little better but I know it’s tiring on the arms. Great car wash all around forsure! Thank you for great service 🤩🙃🙂 🚗 🧽 🧼

This car wash has some of the kindest attendants I have ever come across at a car wash. They take the extra time to prepare your vehicle to get it extra clean. The most fantastic benefit is you can purchase unlimited car washes starting at$25 per month. So you could take your car there every day if you want to. Gotta love that, I sure do. This is my go to car wash. No one else can even come close to what they offer.

I have a Coates membership with this nasty ohio weather to keep my car clean. I frequent the Cortland location but the Howland location in my option does a much better job. Keep up the great work!

Wife and I purchased the monthly car wash pass and well worth it with the weather here in NE Ohio. Always quick, friendly staff and great powerful vacuums. The monthly pass pays for itself.

Update, they revamped the whole operation and added free vacuums! They washed the front of my filthy car with a high pressure spray and a soft looking brush before I went through the wash. What a difference! Again I just got the basic wash, as the weather is not good and I just wanted to get the salt off. Night and day difference since they updated the place. I haven't tried the vacuums yet, but they have quite a few. Here is my old 3 star review - The wash itself is just ok, not bad, just ok. The employees were nice enough. I just got the basic wash and dry. I came in with bugs on my car and left with them on there. Even the higher price washes just add to the spray, like wax and underbody. So the bugs, I think, would remain. I'll try a different wash that's higher price and if it's better, I'll change my review.

Gotta love a car wash with employees who take the time to explain their different services available. I highly recommend the monthly unlimited car wash for $25. This is a basic car wash but for $25 unlimited, seems like a bargain to me. The employees are super friendly.

Both my wife and I have monthly subscriptions to Coates. We love all the different locations and the quick and easy service! Everyone is always so friendly and all are hustlers! I highly recommend them!!!

I do the monthly plan, if you wash weekly it's like getting one free each month. The wash does a good job, and love the vacuums

Best deal. I got epic wash and unlimited washes for a month for 44 Dollars. They have a mat washer and vacuums also

Seriously would go everyday if we lived closer!! The employees are definitely the key here, they get all the grim off and take the time!! And the car wash does a pretty good job too!

The employees were very friendly. I had never been to this car wash and they were very helpful. Also did a great job getting all the bird poop off my car! I will go again.

I joined the monthly wash club, making car washing hassle free! I drive up, they scan the barcode sticker they gave me to put on my windshield and they guide me in. Great car wash, great service. 😀
