I had ordered online an item and it was shipped to my home. However the item I received was not my what I had ordered. Very fast and easy return process when I took it back to the store. Great experience.

Great retail store, everyone at the customer service and the checkouts are so nice and helpful. In store order pick up is fast and easy.

So impressed with target that they offer a nursing room in the fitting room area. Thank you from this new mom! It makes a world of difference!

I love this store. It’s beautifully remodeled and has the best staff. They are always friendly and present in each department. Love all the new stuff Target has brought to their stores after the remodel. I go here at least 4x/week and I’m not even mad about it.

I had a return and lost my reciept and they were able to look it up by my target card. That was really convenient. I didn't have to get a store credit.

I have used the online order to pick up several times. It's quick and efficient. I have not had an incorrect order and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restroom is always clean and the store is well kept and in stock. If you use the app you can see if an item is in stock and what isle. It makes shopping for allergy friendly foods much easier!

I ordered at 2:30, order was ready quickly. Notified target I was on my way, then told them what parking spot. Then Bam! Done. Fast, efficient, smiling face greeted at window to show order number. Items in perfect condition!

Target is the best!! If you haven’t tried their drive up yet do it soon. It is easy quick and the associates are friendly. It beats going in the store and dealing with the crowds especially if you are needing only one or two items. Love this store❤

Pretty much the same as Walmart but with so much less hassle

The food is overpriced but they have Squishmallows and Starbucks.

The pick up area is clearly marked at the front of the store--you don't even need to go in, it's just off the foyer. And it was quick. An associate saw me standing there and came over to see if I had been helped. When I said no, she immediately looked up my pickup and had it retrieved. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

I love shopping at the Eastwood Mall location, as well as other Target stores. Whether it was working for the company when I did, or shopping there now, Target holds a special place in my heart as being overall a great company.

I recently purchased prescription sunglasses and regular glasses at Target Optional at Eastwood Mall. The entire staff was exceptional. Gilbert, who is a licensed optician fitted me for glasses and helped me find the perfect frames. The store began getting quite busy while I was there, and Gilbert and the other sales woman welcomed customers into the store. No one including myself ever felt rushed. I have work retail for 45 years and to have a sales person speak to you as soon as you walk into their showroom and make you feel welcome means alot. I love my new glasses! Thank you all at Target Optical at Eastwood Mall!

I was in and out in a very short time. I knew what I wanted, found it quickly, and was able to check-out without a long wait at the cashier. I hate it when there are 20 cash registers but only 2 cashiers. Target always seems to have enough cashiers to handle a crowd. Well done!
