Shoe Carnival

Just went in to exchange shoes to a smaller size. I did not have any problems doing so, I did have the receipt. Customer service was okay, nothing to brag about. I did not have to wait in a long line. I got right in and right out. The store looked clean.

A very good place to get shoes. Experience was great. They'll get u set up for a new pair of shoes in your size even if u have to order them at the store.

I ordered the wrong color for 1 pair & the other was too small. They did an exchange for the one & reordered the other for me with no hassle. Same brands you'd find at the mall, just less expensive. Just wished they'd have more lime green choices in sneakers.

Love this store name brand shoes but with great prices

Take my son here all the time for his shoes, never seem to have a problem finding something he likes there. He is not a very picky kid at all & he is 17, so I am thankful for that lol

Took my granddaughter shopping for new school shoes. She found a really cute paIr of Sketchers and socks. The cashier wS very welcoming and nice.

We love this store. We can always find more than we need. And spend way to much, but it beats driving all over town to find better deals and diffrent types of shoes. So for us its a one stop shop. The cashiers could have been a bit more friendly instead if talking amongst themselves.

I got a pair of Keds for $10 and my mom got a pair of Roxy's on sale. Spun the wheel and got $4 off entire purchase. Great store, well organized and staff very friendly.

The BOGO 1/2 is great deal when you have kids. Especially with the way the economy is do to all the Covid-19.

I like the shoe carnival they have a lot of selection of shoes and they have good prices they got friendly people and it's in a good location and it was clean and I won a prize. 🏆 I highly recommend them. two thumbs up!

I had to make a return, but they didn't have the size shoe in stock that I needed. The cashier was very nice, she checked to see if that size was available and was able to have it shipped directly to my home. I received my package in mail today 😊

The selection of shoes is good and they had what I was looking for. The checkout staff were nice as well.

The staff was very helpful. Store was clean and organized. Selections abundant. I love a clean store..bought 2 pairs, walking shoe and saddles.

Was looking for pair of boots. Asked associate about largest size they had she said 15. Found only size 15 in store. Could not use discount bogo % off. Happy with purchase.

Yesterday we visited Shoe Carnival to buy my fiance's 1st pair of boots ever! Lol We just moved to Ohio from Florida. The boots were in the flyer and super inexpensive!! We walked in several days after the sale started and they still had the color he wanted and his size. There was no wait. In and out!

A good store with decent prices, a nice selection, and pleasant employees. I was able to get my son new shoes in a brand name for school for $40.

Went here to get boots for Christmas, and I not only found a really cute pair for only $70, I'm still wearing them, and they retained their shape and still look brand new. I try to get the BOGO sales because I can always use a new pair of sneakers or a pair of boots or heels. Great selection and they have those BOGO sales a lot. Well worth checking out.
