Great experience. My 29 year old system finally gave out and i knew full well i would need a replacement even before this incident. Bob gave a full and honest quote explaining the differences between different models etc.. He listened to my concerns and i got the system I needed for this house.

Installation began the day after the quote was given and agreed to.

Greg the installer, and his partner Cole did a fantastic job removing the old units and installing the new ones, keeping things clean and neat as they worked.

Greg did a very good job explaining some problem areas and how best to remediate them to avoid any future problems. They took the time to do things the right way.

Greg did a very thorough job explaining what was going to be done, what was being done as work progressed and how the system operates once the work was completed.

Cant say enough good things about my experience with Wilson Plumbing and the Installer Greg!

William J of Wilson Plumbing Heating of Warrensville Heights was excellent! He replaced our fire alarms and new motor in a bathroom fan quickly with no mess. Everything runs perfect. He is knowledgeable and kind. He is an asset to Wilson and I am so grateful for his excellent work. Our second time to use Wilson and both times were great.

Response was quick for scheduling of our estimate and service. Estimate was very clear as they took and shared photos of the work they would complete, as well as photos of the parts with their cost. I have never received a more itemized or detailed estimate. All companies should operate with this kind of transparency. When it came time for the work to be completed, Jose easily transitioned between projects as we had several being done that visit. He was quick, but efficient. It was easy to tell he is very skilled and knowledgeable. My husband even commented that we have never had a work project completed with so little mess left for us after. Before leaving, Jose did a walk through and also had photos so we could easily see all the projects were completed. We utilized their electrician skills, but now that we see the level of knowledge and professionalism they operate with, we will definitely utilize them for future heating/ plumbing projects. One last thing, when they send a text notifying you the technician is on the way, they also send a photo of the tech which I appreciate from a safety perspective.

Wilson Plumbing & Heating replaced my 20+ year old Lennox WhisperHeat furnace, humidifier and air conditioner unit. Installed new Trane Premium System for furnace & ac including Aprilaire humidifier. Technician, Isiah Pittser and Jimmy Dillon did exceptional work replacing & installing new units and both were very professional and addressed all my questions. Extremely happy with Wilson’s service and highly recommend them for any hvac work needed in your home.

The experience of having our home electrical system upgraded so we may use a 240volt power source to charge our new electric car was fantastic. They came in, did a thorough job estimating the work, and completed the job on time and within budget. I could not be happier with the great service. I would highly recommend them.

I took advantage of a special Wilson Plumbing, Heating, and Electric offered on electrical work. They were flexible in scheduling a time that worked for my schedule. Khyle arrived on time, he was friendly and very professional. He communicated each time he needed to turn off the electricity. He was extremely knowledgeable as he explained a serious issue that he caught as he was working on one of our outlets. I had an outstanding customer experience.

I was scheduled for a bathroom plumbing rerun, new water heater and multiple shut off valve replacements. Adam and his team were prompt and professional in completing the work. Once into the job, Adam recognized that there was another method to correct the plumbing issues, presented his proposal and saved me both in money and time - his proposal was less intrusive and reduced the amount of repairs that I would have been left with after the plumbing work was completed. Quentin from Wilson Plumbing did a great job installing a new toilet in my house. He was professional, on time and was so tidy after he finished the job. I cannot recommend him and Wilson Plumbing enough.

Josh installed my new furnace with apprentice Juno. They arrived timely and immediately began working even without the new furnace on site. Josh led his two person team respectfully, kept the work flowing and took time to teach by asking pertinent questions. The job was met with enthusiasm and professionalism: challenges were handled with creativity and craftsmanship. He inspected the furnace and check to see if I was satisfied before collecting payment and leaving.

Mike Shahan replaced the exhaust motor on my furnace. He was very efficient and had the work done in a timely fashion. We are pleased with the work. He also suggested that I get the furnaces checked and serviced. I think that is a great idea. I will do that in a few weeks.

Wilson plumbing and heating provided GREAT service. They were at the house within an hour. The technician explained everything he did. He had our furnace fixed quickly. It is a cold day, so we were grateful.

I wouldn't use anyone else for my septic services. We had issues with a provider in the past and Wilson has solved our issues and have given us the knowledge we need for our system. We had Warren out today and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave me many recommendations to help my system last as long as possible. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I had our furnace and air conditioning replaced yesterday. The three young men Umesh, Javon, and Ernesto were all very polite, friendly and professional. They advised us of their steps as they worked through out the day. They kept us informed of their progress and they cleaned up when they were done and left our home in great shape! We are very pleased with their work and we would highly recommend Wilson! Plus our salesman CJ has been great to work with as well! We are very happy!

I had scheduled a regular service call on the furnace. The technician, Jacob Machock arrived within the scheduled time an easily recognizable service van. Jacob was pleasant and professional , introducing himself and offering his business card upon arrival to my home. The furnace needed regular service and the filter was replaced. After I made a comment on the thermostat being difficult to use/ program, he quickly offered an easy to use replacement and installed it. He was quick to easily explain and answer questions about it. He also offered advice on the humidifier and its benefits.

The gentlemen at Wilson are amazing! They came out and gave me several options to fix my electrical issue. All different price points. I had them put in a new panel, increase service to the house and make sure everything was to code and safe. They did a great job at a fair price! Wilson is my new go to electrician!! Thank you!!

Jason was great...as I told him, I was not at all familiar with the plumbing . Actually we decided I go into the Guiness Book of World Records for the most complicated plumbing ever and Jason figured it out and fixed it!!! He is most knowledgeable in his craft, and very efficient. Wilson Plumbing is very lucky to have such a superb employee.
