WestBrew Del Mar

Came to Del Mar for a nice afternoon visit with the kids. Was worried about food being too upscale. Wanted a nice beer and tried WestBrew. What an excellent choice. I had the WestBrew burger with a side salad, and it was the best food I’ve had since being in California all week. Wife had the club and loved it. They have kids menus, crayons, and kids cups. Had the seal cove and was very surprised by its delicious taste. Great choice of IPAs. Super simple little spot and would def. Recommend to anyone who comes to Del Mar for a lunch spot.

Loved the open air seating area and the live music on a Saturday evening! Our server was very friendly and she recommended drinks that we both loved! Their Baja Blasted seltzer not only tastes amazing (tropical fruity flavors) but also has a bright blue color that is just fun to drink - especially by the ocean! The Hazy by the Sea IPA was also a great choice and had tropical/pineapple flavors.

Seriously an underrated gem in Del Mar. The food is absolutely spectacular (also $15 for a burger and beer on Mondays is great), the beer is delicious and very refined, and our server Bill was simply the chillest, nicest guy. Loved our experience here and we will be back.

Also the patio is huge and has very comfy seats.

Our family enjoyed our Saturday brunch despite the rainy day. Food was great. Portions were large. I would like to see a selection of small plates available for brunch. A half chop salad and shrimp skewers option, perhaps.

This place is a must go! The bartender is so friendly! He let us taste some different beers before we made our orders. Great vibes and great beers!

Top notch service, our server named Robby gave a great recommendation on one of the best burgers I've had and he was spot on with calling out clean/tasty beers. I'll definitely be coming back soon! Awesome people watching spot if you can get a seat outside by the sidewalk.

The staff is super friendly! I ordered yogurt parfait and Nitro cold brew. What a nice way to start the day! :)

We had breakfast here this morning, and we loved it! The presentation was beautiful, and it felt like such a fancy meal. I highly recommend the avocado toast. The manager is very friendly, and the service was quick. We will definitely go back when we're in the area!

Good vibes and great beer. While all of their beers are tastyyyy. You simply can’t go wrong with the Westbrew Michelada.

Small inside, but great patio seating. Our server really hustled! Fish and chips was fabulous and the avocado toast was incredible! I was with a group and everyone enjoyed the beer.

Now this is a great place to take your wife or girlfriend. It's elegant outside dining at the beach. I didn't actually eat here because I was picking up fries and chicken strips for my granddaughter (we were at the Peruvian restaurant down the street, which was a claustrophobic facing the street no beach view nightmare). This place really impressed me by their kindness and the entire environment setup. Very very nice.

We came tonight (8/6) for the music which was amazing. The food was excellent and the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. So many businesses have come and gone in this spot and we hope these guys stay. We will be back…especially if Rhian plays again!

What a great place to grab a drink to unwind and relax! People were so friendly from the moment I walked in to the time I left. I had the Oktoberfest and it was light and really good. Can't wait to get back to try the wings and pretzel. I had the pleasure of chatting with Sam, overall great place and awesome people. We'll be back for sure, make sure to stop by! You will not be disappointed!

This place is highly underrated. Got the best Turkey Club I’ve ever had in my life. Fries/ burgers/ salads all amazing. Great vibe and location, super affordable drinks. I will be back

Amazing food; our crew tried the pretzel (with beer cheese), bruschetta, wings, chicken sandwich, wrap, burger, and grilled cheese and all were fantastic! Sampled many different beers which were all great; settled on Full Count. Good stuff!
