Amazing customer service!! Brittany was a huge help and helped me understand the complete loan process. I opened a checking, savings and signed loan papers the day I went and it couldn't have been a better experience.

We recently applied for a HELOC for our home improvement needs, and the process was fast, efficient, and almost 100% online. We only had to go into the branch for 5 quick minutes to sign in front of a notary. The customer service was impeccable, the loan officers were knowledgeable and amazing with their follow up. From start to finish, our experience with the staff at the Howland branch was nothing short of phenomenal. Aaron listened to all my needs for a HELOC, and started the process. Other than having to provide a few more documents to them, they answered all the questions that my wife and I had. I will continue to use this branch for all my banking needs.
