Without a doubt the most enjoyable experience with an insurance company I've ever had. Rosalie is the best hands down, as far a explaining policies to you and making sure you're getting the best deal out there! She makes you feel like you're talking to a friend.

I like analogies. If you've ever been ordering dinner, you know you want a meatball sub, but there's 30 great places around you that sell great meatball subs. How do you pick? Evan took that list of places, narrowed it down to a couple, and I got a great meatball sub at a great price. The convenience, savings, everything about my experience with Platt has been awesome. Thank you.

Rosalie has been taking care of both myself and my family for decades. To call her fantastic is an understatement. She gets answers quickly, she catches issues, and she finds ways to get you the coverage that you need at the best price. I use Platt for my vehicles, my home, the construction insurance when i was building the home, and even when I was renting an apartment for renters insurance. I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent service! And fast! State Farm notified me at last minute that I was not being renewed. And in less than 24 hours Elizabeth at Platt insurance had me insured with better coverage and a great rate. As a result I am moving my car coverage and vacation home to them. I am highly pleased.

I would rate Platt! Insurance a 10 if I could. In the past, I’ve had insurance companies treat me as nothing but a renewal - acting annoyed or bothered if I actually needed to make a claim. Every time I’ve needed help, Kristy, our rep, and Platt’s staff has been there for us immediately, knowing us my first name. They are truly changing the way Insurance is done and I’d suggest anyone changing their policy to Platt!
