I had a great experience here today. Their burgers tasted fresh. They add some ingredients to their fries that stand out and are unique from other places. The service was excellent as well. I do think Their food is slightly overpriced, but it's worth the cost. Overall, this is a great place worth trying.

So fantastic! My favorite is the grilled cheese because they add pickles! Their French fries are the best I’ve ever had and their sherbet is my favorite! So good!!!!

This hole in the wall is awesome from every side! Service was nice, food was tasty, and bathrooms were clean. I also got soft serve lime sorbet and it was divine!
I brought small kids and they were accommodating as well!

There is something about a mix of fresh berries and ice cteam That is not totally flooded with sugar syrup flavors…. I had the raspberry cheesecake shake and it was absolutely delightful
In an update we had fish and English chips. The fish was halibut and it has a lot of breading not specifically to my liking. The root beer floats were fantastic as always. The English chips were great. The service was top notch and the restaurant clean.

The Purple Turtle has great milkshakes and is worth the visit. We got the Kiddie shake which is the smallest size but for a small shake it is big. I love when a milkshake tastes like chocolate and they made it extra chocolate for me which was fantastic. There tater tots were good. The beef patty on the burgers is small, but the burgers are good.

This place is more than a landmark in our community. It's a good place to eat. One of the best in Pleasant Grove. My son worked there when he went through high school. We love to eat there and the food is terrific.

Nice and clean, the double burger wasn't as big as I expected. Overall enjoyable though and well priced.

The Purple Turtle is a family and friend FAVORITE. The diner vibes are so fun, lots of great burgers (I recommend the mushroom Swiss) and definitely don’t leave without a side of tater tots.

This place is great! Delicious food. I had the western viking burger. Definitely recommended!

The price was fair. The service was alright. We didn’t really get acknowledged or greeted for a few minutes after we had arrived. That’s okay though. We hadn’t made up our mind in the menu.
We got great recommendations for our food from the person at the counter.

I have so many fun memories here as a kid with my mom, siblings, and friends. It’s such an iconic restaurant. I’m grateful they are still up and running! It’s been updated since last I was there.

Everything is awesome here. Super friendly employees. Fast service. The “pink sauce” is awesome on almost everything. The sweet potato fries are fantastic. Tons of drink and shake options. Tater tots (“tater gems”) are great. Pebble ice😍. The buns on the burgers are great.

Great friendly staff. Delicious crispy fries and tasty burgers. The cherry cordial shake is top quality. This place is a new favorite!

Way surprised by this place! Their shakes are thick, their fries and tater tots amazing, and I got their chicken sandwich, which didn’t look like much, but ended up being sooo good! I went with a friend that is English and he said they make the best fish and chips around! Great atmosphere and such a fun name!

The Purple Turtle is so awesome! An awesome joint started and run by a local family. They have burgers, chicken, fish and chips, and lots more. My personal favorite were their sides, onion rings, fries, and English chips. Fried and crispy.

I had the Western Viking Burger and it was awesome! Onion rings and barbecue sauce. Their other burgers looked good too. I would probably try their fish and chips next time, I've heard they are hand breaded and fried fresh each day.

Shakes looked good, so if you like dessert you can get that here too. Lots of variety of shakes and ice cream and such.

The one thing I would change was the sauce, a bit more unique than a classic fry sauce, and while not bad, I think I would prefer to also have the option of a more traditional option. Still super good, just not used to it.

Prices were fair, outdoor seating and indoor, good parking Will definitely come here again.

Since 1968 the Purple Turtle has been a stopping point. It has changed hands over the years, but they keep it OG. We have family buried in the area so on our annual pilgrimage we make it a point to stop. Never a disappointment and brings back memories of the stop before heading up American Fork Canyon.

This was the first time I had eaten here and it was so delicious. Laid-back diner has all the food you would want at a place like this. The milkshakes were made with fresh ingredients instead of flavored syrups, the portions are great too. We got the strawberry cheesecake shake, it had strawberry and cheesecake chunks, we got the regular size, you get the cup and the overflow cup too. We also got the 5 piece chicken strips with tots and the double mile high burger with sweet potato fries. Their pink sauce is good but their ranch is my favorite

Their Jalapeño Bacon Burger is delicious! Staff is always friendly. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

Those gems which are tator tots are cooked soo good! The cheeseburgers are good and a decent size! The grilled chicken salads are really good! They have some of the sweetest workers!!! Its one of our favorites when we go up there! The icecream they only habe certain flavors and so they make you get shakes and they are on the pricey end amd not mixed too well

I have been going here for about 30 years. Love the food, shakes especially!

Purple turtle is one of my all time favorite oldies!! The food is always amazing!! If I could give it a 25 star rating I would!!
