Buying local has it's benefits. We were looking for a sectional and this store has it all. The buying experience was outstanding from start to finish. No hassle sales staff. We were able to look at everything and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about all the products. Excellent communication when it came time for delivery. The deliver team did an outstanding job and was very professional. They took great care to not hit walls or make a mess even with the terrible weather. We will definitely be shopping here again in the future. Excellent selection and top quality customer service.

Excellent customer service and great selection. Went to buy a bed and ended up with a whole set. Matt and Phil are great people definitely request either guy.

I was in the store on June3, 2023 shopping for a friend. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike, a store employee. I was looking for a lift chair. With his help , I found exactly what my friend needed. She was able to get in a side entrance . He helped her with her special needs. She sat in the chair and bought it . Thank you Mike for your kindness

I ordered 2 sectionals from Morgan Furniture last Friday. One was in stock and I received it today (one week later). Their communication was excellent. I received a call yesterday afternoon with a window for delivery this morning and a call from the delivery team this morning 15 minutes before they arrived. When they arrived, they asked me where I wanted my new furniture and confirmed the location a second time before bringing it in and assembling it. They also took my old couch out to the garage at my request to get it out of the way for me. They were very kind, courteous, and professional. I think this is the best delivery experience I’ve had from any business. My second piece of furniture will not be here for some time, but I’ve checked out multiple companies and it seems that custom orders are taking a long time everywhere. I really appreciated that they were upfront about the delays and gave me the best timeline they could for my future delivery. Finally, my new sofa is beautiful, high quality, and came at a really great price. I had been looking for a long time because I was seeking something both stylish and durable as I have a dog who is the reason I needed new furniture to begin with. The Morgans helped me find something that checked all of the boxes. I highly recommend supporting this local family-owned business.

I purchased my recliner/lift chair from them the end of March and the control box went bad 3 weeks later. That was no fault of Morgan Furniture as they only sell it, they don’t build it but when I called and told them my situation they were very sympathetic and willing to help. They sent their technician out that afternoon to confirm the problem. They ordered the part on Friday and it was there on the following Wednesday.They called me that afternoon and told me they would relay the info to the tech and he would call me. He called the next day and came out to install it.Once installed he realized the control box shorted out the remote control so he went back to the shop , picked up a remote and came straight back to finish the repair.I’ve read so many less than perfect reviews about them but in my opinion they are top notch.They will have my business for years to come.Remember you can’t please everyone,you can only do your best.

Just wanted to leave a review on Josh and Anthony from the warehouse! They replaced our table top under warranty and were both top notch, very professional and personable! Quality work from those guys!

Had my Furniture delivered today and the 2 young Men from Morgan Furniture that delivered them did an AWESOME job . They took my old Furniture out with no problems ( was a BIG problem with the guys who delivered my furniture a few years ago ) Thank you Mr Morgan for employing such friendly , helpful employees , these two young Men are the BEST .. I also want to mention Mike the Sales person , he was patient with me because everything I saw in Living room furniture I saw and I couldn't make up my mind . He stuck with me in a very helpful way until I found what I wanted .. Thank you ALL so very much , this is coming from a happy costumer ..

Our home was flooded, (sewer water) and we lost everything on our first level. It was nothing short of nightmare. We were out looking for two living rooms of furniture, and stopped in at Morgan’s in Niles, Ohio. That’s when we met Mark. He understood our needs, the biggest being we only wanted what was available immediately. He knew every bit of the store’s inventory, and after getting our style, he pointed us to exactly what we asked to see. He was kind, and knowledgeable; answering every question we asked. There were no surprises. Everything he explained to us was on point - start to finish. Our furniture was delivered in three days! We are in the process of purchasing additional pieces. I can’t express to you what a fantastic employee you have in Mark. I hope he receives recognition for his professionalism. When I say “recognition”, I mean the green stuff that folds!

My husband has been a Realtor for forty years. He knows a lot of people, and makes referrals all the time to new buyers, and sellers, as well as friends and family! Anybody that mentions a need for furniture, I can promise he will be handing them Mark’s business card!

If you are looking for old school customer service and salesmanship, go here and ask for Phil. It was nice to be greeted as you walk in the store. As well as being treated as a value customer and getting questions answered about the furniture.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Morgan Furniture Store in Niles. Service was excellent and they have a great variety of items to choose from. The delivery of a pedestal table and chairs was prompt and on time. The furniture arrived without damage and the delivery men were courteous and helpful placing the furniture where I wanted it.Will definitely shop at Morgan's again.

I had a problem with a bad part in my sofa and the lady at the desk, I think her name is Kerry, got the part replaced and kept me up to date throughout the whole process and even called to check up and make sure everything was good with our furniture a couple weeks later!! I would definitely recommend Morgan’s furniture.

these people are fantastic, not pushy and very courteous. the gentleman i delt with is Phil and he was the greatest. i went to another store right close to this one and they were very expensive. i got better quality, more choices of my needs and was half the price.

Awesome selection, great prices, sales team is very knowledgeable and we got our furniture in the time frame stated. Will be returning soon!

I ordered a very nice, solid wood TV stand. They said it would need to be special ordered and the ETA would be about three weeks. Eight weeks later and still no TV stand and no real explanation as to why.

After several phone calls back and forth, I decided to just cancel the order. To my surprise and delight, they gave me a much nicer and about 300.00 more stand at no extra cost and delivered it the next day.
Way over above and beyond what I expected!

I surely will continue to shop with them. Customer service doesn't get much better than this.

Super cool people, twice as big as it looked on the outside with a huge selection, and we were offered water to drink just cause they were cool people

Great customer service and quality products! Mike and Mark help us out on two separate occasions. Both were very friendly, not pushy, and well educated on their products. I’m happy to support quality businesses with good customer service over others.

Sales staff was very helpful, they had answers to all my questions. Delivery was able to be made within the week, Will be back!!!
