Nice place to shop for new and used media just one step above the thrift store in value stream and curation. There's a decent selection of records in new or like new condition, and there are tons of DVDs and Blu-rays. I was a little surprised to see Nintendo DS games, B games even, listed at over $100 for the cartridge only. Seriously I see most cartridge-only 3DS/DS/GBA/GB/GBC games going for $3-$15 each online excluding premium titles. That being said, I got some great deals on movies. Underrated films that flew under the radar can go for $3-5 each here, and they're far better organized than the thrift store or the Walmart bargain bin. If you collect physical media, it's worth checking this store out. I'll have to see what kind of offers I can get on selling at some point.

The store has some really nice items. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They bought some of my items and paid more than if I sold them online. A wide variety of vinyl records was neat to look through.

Very good service and the staff was nice. The one girl was very patient with me when I asked for a printout list of games they had, after someone had told me how we can request that. Also the prices was good. Overall I will definitely be going back to do more business here...

I've been going to The Exchange for years. I no longer go to the exchange at any location. I now buy my DVDs from eBay dot com, and I have a seller that I go to for all my DVDs, the seller has over a million DVDs, and all of them are under $5 even for the latest movies. You guys should think about selling online and mailing it to your customers via USPS media mail So that you all can continue to make money. A lot of sellers do not accept returns, because we probably paid like $3.68 for a DVD. This review is to let others know that you guys do have good DVDs and good prices, and this view is also for the exchange to give you guys something to think about. I am new to going to this location, and it was OK, but my first location that I've been going to for years was in North Olmstead Ohio

I had been looking for some old skylanders, but could not find anywhere. But, at this particular exchange, they had some and for a good price too. Friendly service too!

The prices could be a bit better but the staff is excellent and the selection is huge! Never a bad experience.

Had a great selection of movies to pick from at reasonable prices I will shop there again.

Okay so I don’t typically write reviews but whoever this Dylan dude, that’s crazy. I’ve shopped here for 4+ years and the staff has been nothing but welcoming towards my friends and I. I’ve never had any issues with any of my games or accessories that I bought besides a singular time game disc for a ps2 wasn’t properly reading, and then they issued me a new copy that runs flawlessly… but if you heard the term of phrase treat thy neighbor how you want to be treated, they will actually be helpful and respectful… so then to accuse the employees who make sure everything is complete double checking every item before selling/handing it to you and to bad mouth them on top of that hoping to stroke your ego is actually insane. Regardless I highly recommend this store, the staff are always helpful and provide insight/recommendations on new games to check out and are always awesome to chat with. My favorite game store to shop at hands down🙌🏼

Best place in the area to buy used games and music. Friendly and helpfull staff. They have lots of game knowledge as well. So if you're having trouble figuring out what you need or want, just ask.

Ever since BuyBack$ shut down, I've been buying movies and CDs online, or in other nearby stores. This store saved my life! It's even got cool comic books, magnets and mini-posters too!

Pretty awesome place, lots of things for ½ the price or less. Things like music, games, movies, posters, figurines, clothes, and magnets. There's a few locations so if this one's not close to you ask Google or give this Exchange a call and see what location works best for you. If you're looking for a gift or something for yourself definitely go here before other retail companies.

Very cool place for niche pop culture items including action figures, video games, comics,vinyl records and other miscellaneous collectibles. Everything is nicely organized and displayed. Prices seemed very reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

First time visit and I was amazed at the amount and variety of items that they have. Fairly reasonable prices as well.

Love this place. If they don't have what your looking for they will try to find it and get it for you. They will call you when they have it. I know we all do this. Your sitting at home thinking about an old movie or game you once enjoyed. Call them, they might have it. So far just about every movie I've enjoyed and looked for they got it for me. Not one bad thing to say about this place. It's clean and they help you find just what your looking for and more.

I'm in here,at least, once a week. It's pretty much my "go to" spot for movies,cds and video games. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. When you walk in, there's some great music being played through the speakers.

The Exchange is a great place to find video games, game console accessories, music, and action figures/collectibles. The staff is very friendly and prompt to ask if help is needed.

The large collection of games spans almost every console generation, so whether you need a nostalgic fix of an Atari classic, or the hottest new triple A game, they likely have it.

I briefly skimmed the music selection, and although not as expansive as a proper record store, it should serve you well, have you the need to find something new to add to your music library, whether record or CD
