When the roofing crew arrived they took every precaution in covering or removing anything that might be damaged. John was cordial and professional. When project was completed everything was returned to its place, and it was like they were never there.

Had our roof replaced along with gutters and new gutter guards installed almost 3 years ago . No problems until this year when we had an increased amount of whirlybirds along with no rain or wind which caused them to stay atop the gutter guards, they would not budge . They weren’t blocking the gutters but you could see them across our whole roof , I contacted Kenny Sullinger , our sales representative and he came out the next day and blew the whirlybirds out of the gutters . I know he didn’t have to do that because it had been 3 years since we had made the purchase but he helped us anyway . This is an amazing company , very reasonable and very professional please call them if you need any type of service they provide , you won’t be sorry . Our roof and gutters still look brand new and with the weather in northeastern Ohio that’s quite a task .

From the minute Chris came out to give a quote for a new roof and vinyl siding we knew we chose the correct company. Chris never tried to pressure us, and was extremely honest with the entire process. We decided to go ahead with the job! The roof was first and was completed by lunch. Amazing crew and they made sure the clean up was complete as well. Then the siding started and we met Ron. Ron is a vinyl siding genius! He is a machine! Ron was so informative, very respectful and very attentive! They honestly made out home gorgeous! Will for sure be using them in the future for projects!

They did a wonderful job transforming our ugly, out dated synthetic stucco front into beautiful light grey vertical siding. We really liked how the quote covered all problems they could run into while removing the stucco and the installer did an amazing job!

Durst is a professional young company that stands behind their product. Four years ago they replaced out roof. They then returned two years later to replace the chimney. Last summer we had a leak in the bedroom. Ken Sullinger, sales rep, listened to us and quickly came to assess the problem. Ken's professionalism, kindness, and knowledge was one of the main reasons why we contracted Durst from the beginning. The problem ended up being more involved then they originally anticipated and it took the entire company, and their wealth of knowledge, working together to find the origin of the leak. The owner even personally came out and spent hours on the roof working with his team and wasn't leaving until it was resolved. Because of their professional experience the repair was made. They also covered the cost to repair the ceiling damage. If you want a company that stands behind their work call Durst and request Ken Sullinger.

From the first contact when Kenny came out for the estimate , everything was explained and so detailed and professional.
The roofing team braved the oppressive heat to do an outstanding job on a roof with slopes I would not want to stand on.
And in barely a month when a storm damaged our new roof, Kenny was back to help with the insurance claim , stepping up and going so far beyond what was expected to help us get things in order for the insurance company.
When it came time to get the storm damage repaired there was only 1 company we would call and have come back, Durst did it right the first time , and Durst can fix what Mother Nature messes up.

Second time using Durst Roofing. First was a replacement roof in 2009. Zero issues thus far. Called to get a quote on replacing our shutters. CS was friendly and quick to set up an appointment. Salesman-Kenny, reached out within a day. Kenny was excellent every step of the way from the quote to setting up our order. I tend to stick with companies that provide good product and a quick, efficient plan of service. Durst has both times for us. Highly recommend.

My first contact with Durst Roofing & Siding was after high winds damaged my roof. Chris P. arrived to assess the damage and provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I am a perfectionist, so Durst got the job after I met with Chris. Even though he was representing Durst during a spring show at the time, Chris left the show so that he could be here when my insurance adjuster arrived. I was very pleased with the outcome of the meeting and we immediately drew up a contract. The roof was installed with high quality materials and the utmost attention to detail. In addition, the roof is aesthetically pleasing. I subsequently hired Durst to replace my siding and gutters. Once again, they did an outstanding job. Chris P. was there to guide me through the process and to provide support before, during, and after the projects.

I often hear people say that it's impossible to get good service these days. Apparently, they've never dealt with Durst Roofing & Siding. Not only did Chris offer outstanding service during the sale and completion of the projects, but he was there afterwards for any adjustments that may have been required. Chris P. is an amazing guy to work with and Durst Roofing & Siding is an amazing company to deal with. They went far above and beyond what was required. If you want the best, then Durst is for you. I had a superb experience and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. The folks at Durst are simply the best in the business.

We had a roof installed and from start (quotation) to finish (finished product), it was the most professional, smooth , problem free endeavor we've ever experienced. The salesman, office staff setting up installation date, roofing crew - all were very professional, pleasant, sincere people. The roofing crew were very competent and detail oriented and the foreman ran a very tight ship. We were very impressed with the work ethic. We would highly recommend Durst. We love the roof and the Aged Copper Duration shingles really complement the house. Thank you Durst for an excellent job!

Durst Roofing & Siding did my roof in 2012. The owner came out and gave me a free estimate a year prior. We called him back and he honored my estimate price. The work was done quickly, and they did a great job. They cleaned up and hauled away everything. No mess left. All I was left with was a beautiful new roof! I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

I had Durst repair some fascia and soffit problems that I had, plus put up new gutters. The workers were very professional and courteous. They all answered any questions I had. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. Chris, the sales rep is a wonderful person to deal with. He spends as much time as necessary explaining things. He makes suggestions but does not pressure you into anything. He does follow up inspections. Everyone that I had working for me went out of their way to do the best job possible.

We have a complicated roof - very steep, many angles - and it had storm damage. Durst was impressive from the start - Benny was prompt, professional & thorough. The crew was impressive, with their clean white trucks, and polite, neat, and incredibly hard-working installers - it was a very hot week in June! Paul handled our questions promptly and honestly. We are very happy with our new roof! Thank you, Durst Roofing & Siding!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks to an old tree and a lot of wind, I had a full roof and all new vinyl siding installed by Durst. I did obtain multiple estimates and chose Durst for the full job because of Chris and Benny. I may be biased, but I think I had the best sales team ever with them. And I was not the easiest customer to appease! I had very specific requests regarding the care taken around my flower gardens and these guys may have sweated bullets but they did me right by those gardens. My roofing team (all American, mind you) made me aware of issues immediately, complete with photos. Although they were there only two days, the lead was available to answer any question at a moment's notice. The guy who did my siding was incredible, working in cold and rain to get the job done (his choice, not mine). He explained everything he did and why. When I asked a question, he immediately stopped working to give me his undivided attention. He saw that I had a loose board at my rear door and took 5 minutes to fix it for me, unasked. THAT'S customer service! And these salesmen? 24/7 access! Even if Chris wasn't available immediately, he acknowledged my text to let me know he'd received my note and would get back to me asap. I kid you not, Chris was available literally 24/7 (Benny probably too, but I only had one phone number LOL). If I ever, ever need work again, Durst is my first call!

These guys are pros..... Kenny takes customer service to a whole new level and his commitment to a "Positive Customer Experience" is refreshing. The Installation crew was great to work with. I called 3 roofing companies for a roof repair. Dustin was the only one to show up. He went on my roof, took pictures and explained the cause of the leak in my roof. Within four hours workers from Durst arrived for my roof repair. Awesome customer service. Will be calling Durst in the near future for siding! Thanks

Outstanding Company! They take pride in what they do and it shows in their work. With the combination of price and quality of work, I don't think there is a better company in the area. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or siding work. The staff is great and very professional and the sales team knows their stuff. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

After two large branches fell on our roof, we had to replace our entire main house roof, as well as a porch roof, repair some soffit, and all gutters and downspouts.

From the first contact, Paul and Benny were GREAT! We contacted them through Angie's late in the evening, and got a call first thing in the morning that Paul would be out to look at things before noon that day. Paul and Benny worked with us on getting our 110 yr old house the repairs it deserved, talking with two outside gutter contractors to help us work out the best solution to fit our house and its style (We ended up using a product Durst had). They also coordinated with a mason to remove an unused chimney, and repair our main chimney that had been damaged. We were kept up to date on where things stood on scheduling, the crews showed up on time and worked quickly and had our large old house roofed in 2 days. The gutter crew took an additional day about a week later, due to weather. After each crew was done, our yard was actually cleaner than it was when they began!

Durst Roofing had done an exceptional job on siding our house. We would recommend them to any family & friends for a job well done. Ron does an exceptional siding job. Very pleased & happy we went with them.

Durst Roofing was recommended to me and I would recommend them to everyone! Kenny walked me through the whole process, answering all my questions and concerns. As a single parent and female, never once did Kenny or the installation crew take advantage of that fact. JC and his "army" of installers were professional and left my home looking brand new!
