My girlfriend and I stopped in randomly and were warmly greeted by Stacy. Immediately we felt welcomed as she was very kind and very knowledgeable on the different styles of rings we were searching for. About a week later I went back to the store and again warmly greeted by Stacy who remembered just about every detail of what we were looking for without needing to look up the account we created. If anyone is looking for any type of jewelry I highly recommend KAY especially if you have the opportunity to meet and work with Stacy.

The manager, Stacy, was very accommodating and friendly. We had an issue with a piece and she went above and beyond to find me something to replace it that I loved. Thanks for being the best jewelers!

Beautiful set of opal Levian earrings purchased, this was after they helped me find a great new engagement/wedding band set. Also very helpful in trading in my old jewelry towards the purchase of new. My wife loved the earrings and was a little disappointed thinking I didn't get the ring, which I gave to her about an hour after. She loved both gifts. Thank you guys for your help!

Went to Kay's jeweler's to look for a new wedding band for me . I had cancer and lost a lot of weight ,so my ring was literally falling off . Anyway, went in and a young man named Shawn helped us . Very nice personality and overall a good salesman. Up sold us ended up buying three rings ,a wedding band for me and 2 rings for my wife . Very nice experience there , and will be going back to deal with Shawn .

Everytime i have been there the same crew 8s there and I honestly love them. They were extremely patient, positive and professional with what seemed to be an unruly customer in my opinion. Everytime I go there I feel very welcomed, all my questions are answered. I honestly love this store, they helped myself and my now husband (both very indecisive) pick an engagement and wedding ring without feeling pressured and I will treasure it forever. Thanks guys <3
