I have been taking my standard poodle to Kevin at Petco after having been “fired” by our dog’s first groomer who said she was too uncooperative. Kevin is a wonderful experienced groomer who knew exactly how to handle her. She looks gorgeous every time he grooms her, people often tell me how pretty she is. I really appreciate the Petco rewards program that gives me free groom every 8th time and occasional 5$ off. The staff in the grooming department are professional and friendly.

We stopped in last week to buy our first fish tank and some goldfish. Alex helped us and we couldnt be more pleased with his customer service. He explained that we should set up our tank for a week before adding fish and my daughter wanted one of the black goldfish. He made sure there was a black goldfish for us when we came back today to pick out our fish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind when our daughter asked him questions.

Got mice here almost every time my son's pet snake needed to eat. They're the only "big chain" pet store that will sell live mice for feeding purposes. The employees have always been kind and helpful.

Very reasonable pricing for dog grooming with same day services available. Staff members were also welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

The grooming staff here are wonderful with our old dogs. They are gentle and kind to them even when they get cranky. Fast service on walk-in nail trimming/grinding. Good price too.

I always enjoy coming to this Petco! The staff is friendly and helpful and they have the cutest dog clothes and cat toys! I had some questions about pet food because my dog was growing bored of the flavor of his, and a guy who worked there very kindly showed me some flavor additives I could add in to change the flavor without changing the food! This was great because my dog is doing great on Science Diet at the direction of my vet, so this way he gets the nutrition and some varied taste!

My husband and I were looking for an inexpensive temporary pet carrier. We had checked online and seen that our local Petco had them in stock and on sale. When we got there, we asked where they were located, and an employee immediately went to the shelf and got one for us. When the cashier rang up the item it rang up a higher price. When we told her it was less expensive online, she said the online sale prices were different than in store sale prices. She then looked up the online price and gave us that price! Both employees were very friendly, and the cashier didn't seem annoyed that we questioned the price of the item.

A man named Ian helped me. I didn't buy anything ,wasn't trying to ,but AT CLOSING TIME, he got the keys n talked to me and allowed me to make friends with all
four ferrets, and explained over all costs n never got mad, it was his time to go home and I had a buzz. Very cool dude, 10 out of10. Give him a raise. He looked native American with gage ear rings in case there's two Ian's there.

The cashier was wonderful! The girls on the floor were wonderful! I was very happy and spent more than I intended BC they were great at explaining products that my animals ended up LOVING!! THANK YOU!!

Great experience. There's a nice man in the fish department named Phil who provided us with well beyond outstanding service. He's very knowledgeable and truly cares about the fish, and that my daughter's learned the proper way to keep fish. If you're looking to get fish or an aquarium in the St Louis area this is the guy to talk to at the Creve Coeur store. What a great experience.

Best petco around, everyone is friendly, shelves are stocked and the groomers are amazing!

Both clerks were very helpful in finding what I was looking for and during checkout. The employees obviously care about animals.

We took our dogs in to pick put toys and pick up some cat litter. The dogs loved it so we do too

I took my goofy looking 6 month old puppy in for grooming and they had the AUDACITY to return me a 6 month old princess puppy. But she is a great Pokémon hunter.

Excellent customer service! As I walked for my pups vaccination appointment, I was immediately greeted and shown where to go without even having to ask. I felt like everyone really cared about the well being of my pups.

Phil was fantastic!! He helped my brother and I pick out a fish for my nephew and helped answer ALL of our questions about the tank, filling the tank, food, supplies, caring for the fish, tank, and water. Absolutely everything you could think of! He was very approachable and knowledgeable about fish and you can really tell he wants you to take a home a fish feeling comfortable taking care of it. He deserves some recognition for all that he does!!

The #1 place for all of my Grooming Needs! Jenny, Paige, and Courtney are all amazing groomers. They take care of my dog Henny every service!! Wouldn’t go anywhere for my baby grooming needs!

Pet grooming was easy and efficient. My dog was well taken care of on his first groom. Great price too!

Everyone at this store is wonderful. I come here about every other day with my dogs. Everyone is friendly, happy to see us, and always helpful. They really are dog people here!
