Village Consignment

Karen and Sherman the owners have a great eye and bring amazing treasures into their store. I love to shop here and find that unique item for my house. I recently saw a beautiful bronze sculpture of a hunting dog that I really want. They are fairly priced and there is always great art to be found here - Village Consignment on Cedros is a hidden treasure!

If you love vintage shopping like I do, you would love it here. Doing treasure hunting in this store is so fun. Everything here has been taken good care of despite how old they are, and I had a great time just browsing 💝

I love visiting this store. Even when I don't buy, the ladies are very charming. There is an "old world" feel to the place,perhaps the creative displays, or just the undercurrent of welcome.The items tend to be higher end, with many pieces being price flexible. You are encouraged to make an offer.Really beautiful stock (can be intimidating) but don't be.Janet and Christine are happy to be there, and happy to see you. This is a "must stop" !

If you buy a big item from this place, expect NO help getting it loaded into your vehicle . We called & asked if help would be available when we would be there in an hour and we’re told yes. They took their money and looked the other way with no intention of helping. We’ve made our first and last purchase from this place.

very small place, a bit crowded with furniture still has some good stuff

Posting only because of your interaction with the gentleman and son that were making a travel video from the sidewalk. Incredibly disappointing how he was approached and spoken to. He was polite and doing what all of us are free to do. Film in public. The owner's reaction was aggressive and, honestly, bad advertising.

The owner of the store, Karen, really brings the shopping experience down, also as someone who had items on consignment at the very small store she makes it an uncomfortable experience when you try to get paid for items sold… I had been in before the holidays to see if items had sold and they had but I couldn’t get paid because Karen was sick… and she’s the only one that can write checks… the employee put a note in Karen’s book for her to see when she returned to work..:I stopped in a few days after the new year to see if my check might be available…the disorganization, attitude and excuses get frustrating when you’re trying to get paid… overall not a pleasant experience…

Drove 39 minutes because it says open on Sat. Sign in window said open on Sat. Was not open. Handwritten sign said closed Sat.
