Burleigh Road Animal Hospital

My experience here includes excellent communication for scheduling and treatment options. I was able to get a same day visit for my pup, and we devised a good plan for getting my dog feeling better again. I felt heard and had all my questions answered. I am confident my dog is receiving the best care. This is an amazing and caring team, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Ben is the best vet ever. Kind and helpful. My little dog is 16 and was scared, he was so patient with her. All of the staff are awesome

Dr. Ben helped me send my 17 year old cat to the spirit world. They were very accommodating and kind to the situation at hand. I appreciate the help ending her suffering.

One thing I would note for improvement is that the assistants that day at the desk were a bit loud in discussing about other things (work related complaints that could have been discussed in private ir withheld), when I feel and have been trained to be more respectful to the situation. The actual Vet Tech and Doctor were very gentle and respectful, though.

I have been bringing my cats to BRAH for over 30 years. The care they have been given has been exceptional. Dr. McCabe is always so caring and always talks to you in words you can understand. The staff (including all the techs and the front desk) is always very friendly. I would highly recommend BRAH.

I took our Dog into Burleigh Road Animal hospital to get groomed. He was way over due so his coat was in very bad shape. Although a bit more expensive than others they did an AMAZING job on him. Highly recommend

Dr Ben and his staff truly make us feel like they care deeply for are dog Dierks. We really appreciate that.

But I've been taking my fur baby there for 4 years now. She's better with Sandra then she have ever been with any other groomers. I can tell the way she acts when it's time to go back for grooming. Thank you Sandra!

I was incredibly anxious to find a new groomer as my dogs have only gone to one groomer their entire lives, and one of my boys is reactive. However, Saundra made me feel great about leaving them there and like they would be well taken care of. She did a great job and they came back to me looking wonderful and fluffy. Thank you!!

Very impressed and pleased with the experience I and my pup had with Dr. Wilson. I appreciated that my appointment was in a timely manner, that they continue to follow best practice covid procedures by masking and having you wait in the car until a room is ready, and I was pleasantly surprised that because my dog was from a shelter, his check up was free as well as his first month of heartworm and flea and tick meds. This place is top shelf.

Took my 14 year old cat to Burleigh Road Animal Hospital for a check-up for the first time in many years. Dr. McCabe was wonderful with my cat and in explaining everything to me. The vet tech was also great. Very pleased with the visit and how everything was handled, including letting me know the cost of additional procedures and giving me the option to approve or decline. Would highly recommend Burleigh Road Animal Hospital.

First time here, it was pretty good, smaller place but friendly staff. Covid regulations are in place for a healthy interaction. My pup had a good time with her check up and she is well on her way to being healthy with her preventative meds and I got some helpful tips for her well being. Would recommend to others.

I had tried to get my cat into a vet for grooming for weeks, I couldn’t get any vet to contact me back or even answer the phone! I found this vet spur of the moment, and didn’t look into reviews or asked about it anywhere (dumb I know) but it paid off. The were very responsive through email, explained everything I needed to know, answered all of my questions, and helped me through my first ever vet experience. The second I pulled up to the building I knew my cat was in good hands. I told them my cat wasn’t the nicest and they got his shots done quick seemingly without any problems! I’m now going back less than a week later for him to get groomed. I’m thrilled with the workers and service here!

Burleigh road animal hospital has alway been a good place for my dog they are very freindly and loving towards us and our pet

The one-on-one dog training at Burleigh is outstanding. Brittany is great and is really able to teach the dogs to listen and respond in a very positive way. Brittany has very easy to use step- by-step instructions for training. This allowed me to easily practice with my dog on my own in the same manner that she taught. My response rate with my dog was quick. Her one-on-one training allowed me to specify areas that I wanted to focus on with my dog. This is something that cannot be easily done in a group session. It’s very flexible in regards to time. Brittany worked well with my schedule and was always good to work with. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the one-on-one training.

We have taken 3 of our pets here and have just loved the staff! They make you feel as though your pet is special, loved, a favorite, and they give their undivided attention. Most recently we saw Dr. Rogaschke and the tech Brittany for our newest puppy. They were amazing, gentle, kind and provided education and care that was so appreciated. We had no problems scheduling the initial appointment, follow ups, and even an urgent one. We never felt rushed and Brittany and Dr. Rogaschke spent time making sure we were comfortable and informed. All our questions were answered and then some! My puppy loves seeing them!
We highly recommend them for all your pet care needs!
As for training, we completed 6 weeks of puppy training with Brittany Rose- she is fantastic! She is so good at what she does! Our pup gravitates to her because of her wonderful demeanor and personality. Every class is tailored to your specific needs. She truly listens and gets to know your pup so well. She doesn't make you feel inferior for falling behind or if your pup isn't getting it. Our pup has made great progress in such a short time! She offers easy to follow and practical solutions, but all things we just dont think of as new puppy owners! She also offers lots of resources and solutions and makes the class fun for all participants. Our child participated too in training classes so Brittany makes it family friendly and everyone stays engaged. I dont know how she does it! Amazing!
We are so impressed we enrolled in the next level class! Another highly recommended service!

I take my dog to both Burleigh Vet and take puppy classes with Brittany right at the facility. I have had great experiences In the clinic and in the classes. They work hard to make sure coming to the vet is a pleasant experience. I feel confident with the care and training here!

Took my newly adopted dog Willy there for the first time and they were wonderful with him! The girl at the reception greeted him by name and they made it a very positive experience for him. The doctor made sure to explain and look over everything we got from the humane society about Willy. Even calling to clarify a few things he was unsure of. And due to being the first visit they even gave Willy a welcome toy. Very great staff!!

Recently took Willy there for an emergency visit due to an issue with his eye and they were very helpful. Still think they are amazing and a great place.
