Extra Space Storage

I’ve used this storage facility for 5 years (since the past owners built it) and I thought they were very nice, professional & accommodating. Now that this facility has been taken over by Extra Space Storage I’ve felt more secure that it will be managed by nice, friendly, accommodating professionals because I have previously used other facilities in the Orange County area and have found ALL Extra Space Storage employees to be the same. I would like to especially thank Sheyla B. & Will Chapman at the 3rd St., Riverside facility for being SO helpful & efficient with their advice to me when things seemed impossibly hopeless during my move. They’re just the best! I absolutely recommend!

Absolutely amazing place. I'm just being honest- but I got to say that the management and their staff are amazing people. Quite honestly they're always there to lending helping hand and any questions you may have - they're willing to help you. This place is amazing and their employees are even more amazing. I'm very grateful to be privileged by having a storage unit at this facility.

This is the second unit my company has rented. When I arrived the young man was in the process of helping a customer with a rather involved situation. He was kind enough to call for assistance and the young man who helped me was the Assistant Store Manager, Brandon. He was very nice and exceedingly helpful, answering all my questions and taking me up to see the location of the new unit.

I came in looking for a reasonable price and Brandon helped me find the right storage unit he was very nice and welcoming I would definitely recommend if your looking for a storage unit stop by this extra storage on Third & vine they’re service is great thanks again Brandon you were a great help I appreciate your patience and kindness

The online leasing process was quick and easy. The customer service representatives at the Riverside branch were very attentive and helpful.

I rented storage space today. Spencer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Sheila was excellent managing my account and solving a problem with my online account that noone else i spoke to before cared or even tried helping me with. I had to deal with this problem for over a year, and it was very stressful. Sheila as an assistant manager had a friendly manner, and a willingness to help. She listened to me and what I needed, and found a solution in less than 10minutes!! I couldn't be more happy with her attention to my situation and the solution she provided. She is a star....I'd give her more than 5 stars if that was possible:) BIG THANKS, SHEILA. HAVE A HAPPY LIFE.

Excellent customer service, clean facility, very easy to get in and out of.

I had a great experience with ExtraSpace Storage. Sheyla, was very helpful, professional and answered all of our questions. She also goes out of her way to help customers and to keep the units clean.

The lock to my storage for some reason was not working so the office manager, Sheyla came to the rescue. Sheyla was able to cut my lock and provided me a “store” lock until I was able to order a brand new lock. Although the lock was difficult to cut through she did it!! Very professional and she helped me from start to finish!! I am so grateful for her assistance. I am glad I chose this facility. They are very clean and well kept. Thank you Sheyla!

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeting with genuine hospitality. Lauren (manager) was at the desk when I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and a willingness to help. Her customer service is excellent and above expectations.

My grandma and I came in the other day and we were helped by Loren. Let me just say she is the sweetest thing ! Super patient and kind we loved her personality. She made those creepy dark hallways a little brighter with her smile 😊
