Most reasonable prices not only in South Milwaukee, but every town/city around is in a 360 radius, maybe even farther. You just can’t find prices like those these days sadly. Food is really good, and there are awesome specials depending on the day. Tues is $.65 wings, Wed is 1/4lb cheeseburger and fries for about $4.50, depending if you add bacon and a lot of other toppings. Even then, it won’t be over $6. You can’t even get a McDs value meal for that, and Oak Manor has REAL quality food, Thurs is $1.50 tacos or huge fry bread tacos or nachos. People LOVE the specials and a large amount of customers are in every week. The fish fry’s are too good and no one else even close to their $13 cost. SM is so lucky to have such a hidden gem. The place is in a league of it’s own.

Great neighborhood bar with rooms for rent or having dinner. Only Friday fish fries have full service, other times it's order at the bar and they bring it out to where you're sitting. We went for the $3.75 Wednesday burger and fry special. Plain hamburger with a pile of fries. Even with the add-ons of cheese, lettuce, and tomato it was less than $5.00. And it tastes real good, fresh ingredients. The ladies working the bar are extremely friendly and attentive. We'll definitely go back and try the Tuesday Wings and the Thursday tacos. Thumbs up.

Had the famous fish fry and it was very good. Fish was nice and crispy. Potato pancake was good. Husband had popcorn shrimp and crispy as well. Fries could of been seasoned more. But know a place is serious about fish fry when they have a tarter sauce dispenser at the table.

I have been going to Oak Manor for over 20 years and have rented halls for many different occasions. They have also been sponsors for my volleyball and baseball teams for several years. Love the Friday night fish fries! Best coleslaw and potato pancakes I have eaten!! I cannot say enough for the great service and wonderful job Jess has done for years. She always delivers top notch food and best service for her customers. Prices are also the best around! Great pizza too! Love this place💕

Wife's family has numerous events here in there event halls. Staff is always friendly and the beer is cold. Halls could use some updates but other than that it's a nice inviting place.

All you can eat fish with fries for 16 dollars. Sign me up. Miller lites on tap.

Food was very good. Seafood platter was very good and I enjoyed the loaded potato soup. Highly recommand. The cod dinner was very good also.

TACO THURSDAYS!!$1.25 Beef or chicken. DELISH. Puffy Taco $4.50. Well worth it. Weds $2 burger $.50 fries...... seriously. Friday fish is Amazing. Extra's at a small price.

Went on a Friday with friends. 2 of us ordered cod, 2 of us ordered walleye. Would recommend both options. So good! Staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. Also fun. Would recommend.

BEST FISH FRY IN TOWN. Literally hands down to Pat's for there awesome fish fry. Besides there famous fish fry they have great menu with awesome weekly specials. Tuesday wings are fantastic along with Taco Thursday. If you don't know you should most definitely check this place out.

This is the second time we went there and this time we had a group of 7 five of us had the fish fry and we got a small pizza for the kids. The fish was really good as well as the home made coleslaw and potato pancakes. The pizza was a little overdone but the kids ate the inner pieces and I ate the burnt ends. They offered to replace but we all were hungry and ate what we could they did however take the pizza OFF the bill. We will be back to try the pizza on a non fish fry night as the pizzas are made from scratch and what I tried was really good. So give Pat's Oak Manor a try you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely Outstanding! Our first time there for the fish fry, and it couldn't have been better. Staff was incredibly helpful, everyone was happy, and the service was excellent. Beer was fresh, coleslaw was fresh, and the bread was nice and fluffy. Fish was cooked to perfection. Not soggy or over done. My wife said her pizza was very good. The staff was very friendly with my 6mo boy. He let out one little cry and it was nothing but smiles. The live musician even played a lullaby tune and got a few laughs. Definitely coming back and bringing plenty of friends in the near future!

Great old fashion fish fry. The inside reminded me of a place in my childhood. Great time. Friendly staff and great food. Potato pancakes and applesauce was the best in town. Buy ten meals you get the next free. Worth every penny. Staff outstanding ! Food outstanding ! A must go !!!

If you're looking for cheap eats & specials, this is going to be the place you want to visit. They have specials every day and you get a large amount of food for a small price. They do get packed but service is always great.

Easily top 3 fish fry of all time for me. The bluegill was excellent, love that it's scaled with the skin left on. Excellent prices and great old fashioneds!
