Rogan's Shoes

This was my first time at a Rogan's shoes. I've been having really bad foot issues, so I wanted to get some expensive Hoka's. Olga was very helpful. She walked me through the selection, told me which ones have which type of arch support, measured my foot and my arch, helped me try on shoes, and helped me pick out a pair of insoles. I haven't had such a good customer experience at a retail store in a long time - way to go Olga!

Had a great experiance! Was greeted and helped finding the shoe I wanted. Only 1 pair was in stock but they ordered the second pair and shipped it to my house for free. The second pair made it to me in three days. This made buying them here a value. Saved about $50.00 on the two pairs compaired to other sellers online.

This store always has what we need! We have a large family & the BOGO 50% is necessary. The selections are on point and there is always enough to make all 6 of us happy! We go every few months as kids grow out or destroy shoes. The deals here are what keeps us coming back. The staff is always willing to help you find what you need.

Very helpful, such a large selection in many different types of shoes. Most sizes in stock, and when they don't have the size, they can get it from another store quickly and notify you when they have it with no obligations. No complaints, and Thank you

I usually only deal with the boots on wheels trucks, but i went in the other day there was 3 younger individuals working they were very friendly, professional and helpful. Now a days you just don't see that anymore. I felt very welcomed. The prices were great and the shoes i purchased are very comfortable! Again the employees made the shopping experience great!

I absolutely love this shoe store. There is a lot of sales. The staff was very nice and helped us find a good pair of hiking shoes and knew exactly where every type of shoe was. They were also knowledgeable on shoe information. Finding good and cheaper hiking shoes are do hard these days and I was able to buy two for good prices. Will come back.

Good deals with the buy one get one half off. Sometimes frustrating finding a size. The place can get a little messy but that’s really a knock on the inconsiderate customers more than the employees. They seem to try their best to keep up.

The woman that took care of me was great, she had a lot of patience with me. Also there was a sale so I'm real happy. I pray they stay in business a long time. Very hard to find a quality shoe these days, and I did two pair.

I was very pleased with Rogan's Shoes. The store is very large and will have almost any shoe a person will want. The layout is strange to me but seems to be separated by styles and the store associates can help you find what you are looking for.

Great selection for men/woman work steel toe shoes. Usually visit the store on 76th st and find what I am looking for, also great service. I also appreciate that they visit my workplace parking lot and allow us to buy from the truck.

Great selection on work shoes, and if they don’t have the exact size or style here, they will order it for you, otherwise you will likely find it at another Rogan’s location. They also give you a receipt to give to your employer if they reimburse you on shoes..

They're always on point when I come in. Asking if I need help and doing a fantastic job directing me where I need to go and giving pretty good insight into shoes you're looking for. Plus I can't argue with the selection of shoes and the price too. Overall it's a pretty sweet place.

First time going to Rogan's. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. Very happy with the selection. Also buy one get one 50% also came in handy. Definitely coming back for more shoes.

Clean store, helpful staff, large selection of shoes in various sizes and widths. Checkout staff very knowledgeable about sales but will help you out so you get the best deal possible I love the fact that your second pair is half off and you don't need to get two pairs in one visit all you need to do is save your receipt and the honor it at your next visit I will drive out of my way to shop at this establishment because of all the help and deals that this store has to offer

I always buy my shoes there. They have a great selection. Plus I can always try my shoes before I buy them, unlike buying them online.

They were so helpful. The two woman there were informative , friendly and walked me directly to the shoes I needed. They also informed me of deal with my receipt as I wasn't sure if I was going to utilize their 50% deal while there, which they definitely didn't need to do considering I forgot to ask. My daughter needed steel toe work boots for her new job. We went to Sketcher - no steel toes for women. We went to DSW - no steel toes for women. We went to Shoe Carnival - they had some cute steel toe shoes for women, but no boots. Then we went to Rogan's. Jackpot! They had both shoes and boots for women with a wide variety of styles and colors from which to choose. My daughter found a pair she liked that were cute and comfortable. They were a little pricey ($95 after taxes) but they seem to be of good quality that should hold up well on the job. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I'm just wondering why I haven't been there until now?

If they don't have the shoe or boot, they can order it and either you can pick it up at the store or ship it to your home. Plus 50%off 2nd pair is extra incentive, I have a size 15 extra wide, mine are hard to find but not at Rogan's. The people who work there are fantastic people and always willing to help.
