The store was recently remodeled. For me, I liked the previous bright and welcoming color of the interior. Now it has a dark brown palette.
On a very positive note; The staff is very attentive, informative, and ready to assist as always, which is why I continue to be a customer.
For curbside pick-up customers, the spots closest to the store are there for your convenience.

Been awhile since I have visited Best Buy. The Team was welcoming, courteous, engaging, with the customers as I observed upon entry and throughout my visit there. Team member Evan was pleasant and helpful with locating the item that I was in need of and ensuring that we got it ordered. I also observed Evan as he took his time and engaged a customer (prior to helping me) and was thorough by answering all of his questions pertaining to a particular laptop, transfer of documents, printer, connection, wifi use & connection, as well as router. Evan was pleasant and OUTSTANDING!!! Best Buy please RECOGNIZE Evan for his Dedication & genuine love for what he does as well as all of your Team members that were Engaging customers... The Greenfield location is indeed Outstanding!! Evan keep shining 🌟

Jackson that's with Samsung is a phenomenal worker. He knows everything like that back of his hand. He is 100 percent helpful and very knowledgeable. Give that man a raise. He's def a good one. It's rare nowadays.

Had to order a tablet cover. The sales person checked for instock it wasn't. He said he could have it at the store by Friday. To my surprise, it was. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Perfect!

Needed a new PC tower because mine fried with the recent power outage. An employee asked me if I needed any help and proceeded to help me with my entire PC needs! Awesome job Best Buy!!

Excellent service in Best Buy, picked out a 43 inch TCL Google TV & a pair of INSIGNIA Digital wireless headphones.
The TV is great, easy installation step by step instructions with a Gmail address, first time I owned a Google TV it is operating better than a Roku or Samsung TV' which I've owned in the past.

I met with Brandon in computers. He was knowledgeable and patient (even when other customers were pressuring him). I was in and out quickly, got the item I wanted and set up was simple. I really appreciated his candor explaining the differences between the products. Great job!

The Samsung rep, Jackson, was the most helpful person I have talked to about telephones, in a long time!!! He was courteous, informed, and honest. It was an exceptional visit and I'd refer him to anyone looking for more info/to purchase a Samsung telephone/device.

New floor layout looks great. Customer service was awesome as always. Found exactly what I was looking for and was in and out in a jiffy

My Galaxy S21 smartphone didn't accept full charge. Stopped by. JAY cleaned the port and suggested I plug phone manually. Great place.

I went there for a sound bar and the girl looked it up and took me to it and rang me up at the nearest station. And found my rewards for my Best Buy card which saved me 30 dollars.

This store is currently in construction mode for parts of the store. The staff have an area setup outside the door. They ask about what you are looking for and how they can help you find what you need. Most customers are helped very quickly and a staff member brings you the items just inside where employees are ready for your purchases. All the employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, calm, and quick.

Customer service was excellent. I walked in and was greeted right away. They helped me find what I needed. I was in and out in a couple minutes.

I love Best Buy all or most of my appliances have came and been purchased from them with wonderful warranties

Was impressed by tte selection of laptops & found exactly what we were looking for. Someone was nearby to help us out and checkout was a breeze.

Still need a good old-fashioned brick n mortar establishment. It's always a nice clean store. Nice to be able to get something immediately when you want it.

I have a decent selection of the kind of peripherals I was looking for. The staff is helpful and prices reasonable.

I recently went to this store to shop for a laptop computer. The available selection was good and well laid out for viewing. The customer service personnel were very good and aske me if I had any questions, or if they could assist me in any way. Once I worked with them I was able to narrow down my laptop selection to a couple that met my needs and price range. Finally I settled on one unit that happened to be aggressively prices as an "Open Box" item. The customer service representative allowed me to check the computer over completely before making my decision to make the purchase. My over experience shopping here was great. I would highly recommend this store and the service I received to anyone in the market for a computer.

Bought a netgear router online, easy ordering and was ready for pickup within a hour, easy pickup once I got to the store and very good pricing
