This public transportation system is awesome! The buses are clean, The staff is very friendly and they make me feel very comfortable regarding their covid guidelines. Only thing there is to know for someone who doesn't use it often; JCT and RVTD are 2 seperate companies. They each require a different token. But no problem the dispatchers can help with any questions.

the busses never seem to be on time and the routeshout app is never accurate. the busses will drive right past your stop and leave you waiting another hour.

I would give zero stars if I could. Most of my experiences for over two years have been terrible. Specifically, waited for a 1:05 pm stop at the County Building in Cave Junction since 12:57 pm. The bus never even passed us while we were at the stop, and we eventually saw the bus leaving town at 1:12. Dispatch gave us a runaround....all around terrible.

Very unpleasant experience when one of the drivers decided to make a left turn onto a one-way Street going all the way across all the lanes to the parking area and just about ran me off the road they decided to slam on their horn as if I did something wrong when they obviously need to check Oregon state laws on driving and the owner should put them through a safety

I've been late to work and classes countless times because of you incompetent buffoons.

A public building without a public bath room. 😳😨
