Blue Bottle Coffee

Blue Bottle Coffee at One Paseo in San Diego is seriously one of my absolute fave coffee spots. They totally serve the most amazing coffee, and the place has such a cool vibe. You gotta try their pour-over coffee with your favorite beans or go for the cappuccino if you’re into lattes. Trust me, it’s awesome!

Great coffee (get the NOLA!) and personable, happy service. Can get busy due to popularity of the shopping center. Not a coffee shop for grab-and-go due to the parking limitations, but great for hanging out with the family. Koi pond keeps the kids entertained.

First time I ran into Blue Bottle in San Francisco. The interior and way how the coffee is being prepared is outstanding.
It would be nice to see Blue Bottle becoming more recognized on the market and getting some footprint in Europe, too.

The employees are helpful. It was my first time in the store and Ashley explained the flavor profiles of the different coffee options. I went with a hot latte and it was beautiful. I also had the ice cream covered with expresso sauce and it was delicious.

Great service and delicious coffee that is poured with TLC every time. My batista Taylor was outstanding and really embraced her job. A true professional and a really sweet individual. She really made the experience excellent! I will definitely be back!

I just had the best customer service experience with Jewels he is such a gem (literally!) He gave me the absolute best drink! Ask him for his recommendation and TRUST him!

Blue bottle has a great variety of choices, from hot to cold coffee. I love singe origin cold brews and their selections (that rotate) did not disappoint. I also tried the pull apart bun and it was delicious! The space is great as well, and there is plenty of sitting around the location. Service was quick and the staff was very knowledgeable about their products. Would definitely go back!

Clean open space. In and outdoor seating. Great baristas and counter staff

I visited the blue bottle many times. I like their coffee and their service. I enjoyed the time and wanted to recommend you if you want a cup of coffee.

Visited One Paseo for the first time, prefect day to visit as the heat inland made for Del Mar a nice cool retreat. It was not too busy so we had a good time and didn’t have to deal with too much of a crowd.

Stopped into Blue Bottle Coffee to get a boost and was very glad we stopped in. I ordered a shot of espresso and a Cascara Fizz.

Espresso was great, strong and accompanied with the perfect small glass of soda water to clean your palette, that was a nice surprise. The star for me was the fizzy Cascara drink, that was delicious and unlike anything I have tried. Super refreshing and what they call “Cascara” is a berry from a plant that also is a plant native to California. I am not sure if they harvest the berries locally but it was such a good drink, highly recommend you try it.

A little pricey, but you're paying for love and affection that is well worth it. It's quite obvious they care about coffee to an obsessive level- meant in the best way possible. You can have fresh single cup drip coffee dripped right before your eyes. Vegan friendly. Not that this changes the flavor of their phenomenal tasting coffee, but the art they pour for lattes is just delightful. Worth a stop while in One Paseo

Great employees, the mocha sugar free coffee was delicious! As were the egg bites. The place itself is a bit spartan, but clean and bright. The line was long and moved quickly. We did like the product and will go to other locations when we can.

Same great coffee I enjoyed in San Francisco. Airy, Scandinavian-minimalist aesthetic. Friendly staff (thanks for introducing yourself). And light, urban beats to percolate my morning.Thanks for gracing our neighborhood, Blue Bottle.

The only place where Aussies can go in 🇺🇸 for a decent cuppa and being grateful of getting decent coffee. More so we can experience gratitude for having the most insane barista coffee due to blends irrespective of where you travel in 🇦🇺

Wow, great place. Wish we had one in Carlsbad! I went to the Del Mar Paseo One location, cool place Coffee is Awesome, Raspberry swirl cake is delicious, and the Avo toast is excellent, BUT.... they need to bring back the poached eggs for the Avo Toast, that's what really set it apart! Oh, and the service Rachel & Lovie are great hosts, very professional and the whole crew was very friendly. I will return!

Pricey but arguably the best mocha I've ever tried. Smooth, rich and just the right balance of sweet and butter. A thousand leagues better than Starbucks' burnt coffee thats too sweet.

We were lucky to have the friendly & professional barista, Lovey, make our cappuccinos! What a knowledgeable and attentive employee! Made our evening visit such a special one! The coffee was hot & poured beautifully! Her kind interaction made our visit to this location a special one! She’s an asset to the Blue Bottle team!

The service is great. Amazing coffee and tea lattes. I got the hokkaido latte and, damn was it good. This location was impeccably clean as well.

Well I’m so glad I stopped by. I ordered a Flat white and I have to say it’s the best one I have had in California.

I love the matcha here! I also love the employees. The girl working at the register was literally so sweet and kind. The coffee is worth it, the matcha is surprisingly SUPERB, and the atmosphere is great to do work in. I'm really picky about my matcha but the matcha at blue bottle is umami, the PERFECT sweetness, smooth, and has oat milk options! Definitely come here if you get the chance and if you're looking for a great matcha.
