Best scones ever! I drive from Santa Rosa for them. Also their savory biscuits are delicious too. Honestly everything I've had is divine. Not really set up to sit inside to enjoy though. There are outside tables and an outdoor bar top but when it's cold you just should take em home.

This should have a Michelin star or even two. This is in my top 5 places. Everything was beyond amazing. Everything down to the cutlery was on point. Get in here when you can. Well worth it.

One of those top shelf bakeries that creates things that look more like works of art than food. Every loaf of bread and pastry worth of being put behind glass in a museum. Be aware there’s no indoor or outdoor seating so if you’re here early morning you’re gonna have to find a place to go sit (Healdsburg square is a 2 min walk).

Even my plain black coffee was of high quality. Definitely recommend you give this place a try and prepare to have your expectations exceeded… and then some. Cheers, already looking forward to being back.

Very popular places based on the number of customers served whilst I was there. Efficient service meant everyone was served promptly so I did not experience a delay in getting my coffee.
Chocolate croissant was flaky and filled with creamy chocolate. It was not too sweet or greasy. It was very filling. Also bought the lox toast and ham and cheese croissant which were enjoyed by family and friends.
It is very ideally located close to the freeway so will remember it whenever I'm driving by the area.

Possibly the best bakery I’ve ever been to. I wish I had visited this place more often while living in Healdsburg but maybe it’s a good thing because all of their pastries are amazing. Their cinnamon roll is to die for, the oatmeal cream pie is out of this world and their cookies are addicting. Their offerings change so you never know what kind of goodness you’re in for when you arrive. Skip the sit down breakfast you were thinking of going to and come here for a pastry or two instead.

The happiest and yummiest bakery in town!! I had the special latte with oat milk ( the fruity pebbles latte) only seasonal and a scrumptious, mouthwatering, moist and decadent cinnamon roll which was beyond huge. The whole tiny boutique bakery has the aroma of fresh baked bread, cinnamon and sugar and the staff are ever so kind and welcoming. I love this place!!

Very popular spot for locals and visitors alike. I haven't had a baked good there that I didn't love, everything is fantastic! Quiche, oatmeal cream pies, avo toast, sticky buns are a few of my favorites. Last time I tried the coffee it wasn't great, not terrible but I would recommend sticking to bakery items. You can expect to wait in line, especially on the weekends, but it's worth it! The staff are lovely, very friendly. There is limited seating outside, and the parking lot is small and fills up fast.

@quailandcondor is worth waiting in line. We got there before they opened so we didn’t wait long, but when we left the line was out the door.

There are so many choice and all are great. Everything is scratch made, which you can tell.

Our favorites were the scone, olive bread, Kouign Amann, and the biscuit.
Staff is kind and patient when you can’t make up you mind.

This place is nearly ALWAAAAAYS packed. I was driving by, saw there was only one person in side, so I quickly turned in to check it out. The amazing aromas greet you before you get the chance to exit your vehicle. I walk inside (with my mask on of course) and instantly in awe of the phenomenal looking baked goods. I was finally able to land on a couple of baked bites and a coffee. From the service to the goods, everything seemed top notch. Will be back!!

The best pastries you will ever have! Stopped there this morning and got 1 of at least 8 different items. I would say their speciality is laminated doughs, so if you love that, this will blow your mind! Their enriched dough is amazing as well. The chocolate chip cookies is GF and is the best hands down. It’s crunchy on the outside, moist and sweet on the inside. Their merengue was amazing as well. I recommend ordering ahead and picking up since they can get really busy. This place is so special. Their passion fruit cream inside the morning bun is so unique. It is almost a cross between a buttercream and pastry cream but really light. The cinnamon in the cinnamon roll is perfect as is the dough. Their babka….phenomenal. They use a really good cocoa powder and the ends were caramelized and a bit bitter but really perfect. I cant say enough about this place. Worth the stop…and a quick drive down the street to Black Oak Roasters.

The Quail and Condor is a special place. This was my first visit but I have known about the baker behind this business for several years. I have family in Healdsburg and it is really awesome to watch businesses evolve without losing their Genesis and quality. It is my understanding that they have the best chocolate chip cookies anywhere and I've got a box in my trunk that I can't wait to dig into. My only complaint is that I wanted to buy everything in the bakery. Everything looked amazing and everything looked like it had a personal touch. ❤🙏🥂 I'll be back.

Absolutely DELICIOUS pastries! Got the almond croissant and pistachio croissant. Very fresh and crispy.

I used the online ordering platform and it was a good idea because the line up was quite long. However, when I arrived, the order was not ready. Had to just wait ~5 minutes. The lady was so kind to give me two extra croissants for the wait. Customer service is awesome!

Just go there and get their chocolate and almond croissant. Amazing flackery pastries, not too sweet and rich flavors. Staff was friendly. They also have restroom outside.

Quail & Condor baked goods are outrageously delicious 😋🤤 That Danish rye bread is scandalous! It's way too good... With cream friche, lox or smoked Salmon from Santa Rosa Seafood. LORD! Let's hope it's not "outlawed"!

Great bakery. The breads were very good. The morning bun has a vanilla cream inside. Chocolate chip cookies were moist. Will definitely be our go to in Healdsburg

I am a pretty avid baker and I have a baking certificate from cooking school and I have never had bread with such a great taste and a great crust. The prices of the bread are prohibitive but the quality is unbelievable.

Enjoyed the lox and quiche my wife thought it was the best she has had. The staff was friendly. Pleasantly surprised by this place. Our boys enjoyed the cinnamon rolls and cookies.

I waited a few days before posting to let it cement in my mind, but I'm pretty sure this is the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. It reminds me of a combination between a Levain and a Le Marais chocolate chip cookie: crispy, crunchy outer edges, soft and gooey in the middle. With thin wafers of chocolate disbursed throughout, each bite is an excellent combination of dough + cookie. I enjoyed it so much I ate 3 of them over 4 days, and then bought 2 home to share with friends.

Note that we also tried the croissant (excellent), chocolate + tahini croissant (turns out I really like sesame + chocolate), kouign-amann, and the huckleberry + marzipan scone. If you dislike scones, give this one a try. I don't like really dry and crumbly scones, but this one has that classic exterior paired with a really moist and delicious center. Again, I highly recommend giving it a try.

I hope to go back soon to try everything else because it all looked delicious.

Best carrot cake I honestly have ever had. Great coffee and vibe at this place. It was really busy too, so well liked by locals, I imagine. Monkey paw and ham sandwich for my wife. Great stuff all around.
