Lobby customer service is phenomenal. They greet you and conversate with you and make sure you have everything you need. Very friendly!! Kudos to Jay, the manager. The room is quiet and beds very comfortable. Hot tub and work out room also very nice. Great location close to everything and quick drive to downtown MKE!

The ladies at the front desk were extremely welcoming and made the experience a pleasure. I was waiting for a while for the rest of my party and they let me connect a movie to the lobby tv. Went the extra mile to make me comfortable and I won’t forget this experience.

I was quickly relocated to a 2nd room..1st room TV was not cooperating. All peoples I encountered were very pleasant.

The morning staff was excellent!!! Friendly and helpful!!

The rooms were clean. Good location easy on and off from the interstate.

The market place was stocked, large groups staying for baseball and volleyball events.

Pool was crowded but they kept up with towels.

12/14 - 12/17, Though the room key service was inoperable for a couple days along with the scheduled electrical maintenance, this hotel is was a great place!
** ALL the front desk personnel was extremely professional. And thanks to the front desk gentleman(Gucci-down fella) who attempted to repair the tv because of the power outage.
** I wish my traveling daughter continued to reside at this Sonesta for her 3month contract; however, this particular location does not offer kitchenettes. This Hotel is a SAFE environment.

Was so wonderful. I could not believe the staff. They all were professional, on point to take care of any guest in the building. When they say “Pet Friendly,” it’s a total understatement! My puppy was given toys, food bowls, attention, and much love. Anything we needed while there was immediately and quickly handled. We thank Sonesta and vote you #1 Hotel throughout country! We will be coming back because of the beautiful and very clean House you all keep and just because you all are great! Thank you so much!

I like this hotel. I like its esthetic, it is quite quality. Everyone working was pleasant and knowledgeable. It is centrally located near lots of shopping, and plenty of eateries. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was nice and clean. My room was clean and the linen was fresh; no stains, smells, crumbs, or hair. Room service was quick delivering an extra blanket and they had complimentary tooth brush and tooth paste (how could I forget that!?). They had a small buffet in the morning that offered fruit, cereal eggs, oat meal, sausage and made to order omelettes! Definitely a return location for business.

Hosted a 2-day company event here. The staff made the experience extremely stress free and smooth for us. Vlad, Jeanne and Karen led a small team that ran our event with utmost professionalism while still making it fun for our attendees and staff. They were great at making changes on the fly and helping us with some more complicated invoicing post-event. Great team, highly recommend.

Room was clean and beds very comfortable. The service team was really friendly. In fact Janell went above and beyond to deliver my forgotten phone cord off premise. The whole staff talked very mindly to me for the 3 days I was there.

Room, pool, hotel - very clean. Staff amazingly friendly despite being overworked.

I do get a feel that staff works very hard and have a pleasant attitude despite being overworked.
. They were cleaning rooms till 10 pm! I’m amazed that they do such a great job despite being so short staffed. Is management listening? Such a nice hotel may deteriorate if management keeps mishandling staff.

I booked a room here because my brother needed emergency brain surgery. I never thought I would become friends with the staff but every single person was great. They asked every day how my brother was doing and on bad days we even cried together. This is not just a hotel. It's a hotel with a heart. They always made sure I had what I needed and on long hard days I even enjoyed the hot tub. I just can't say enough great things about this place.

We love the Sonesta brand. They are still in the process of revamping their rewards program, but overall it's a great place to stay.

At this location a sit down restaurant with breakfast is planned.

The customer service was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate us without any indication we were putting them out. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly, made sure out needs were met and indicated that meeting the guests' needs were their number one priority. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was great!

LOVE this hotel! I've been staying there since it was the Crowne plaza and has only gotten better. Squeaky clean, excellent staff, great location, you will not find a better hotel at this rate or otherwise. Is my first choice, four points Sheraton comparable at about $60 more per night. Only downside is (most)rooms do not have fridges or microwaves. Although I've been told they will be added soon.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even at the busiest of times. They all knew the hotel well as well as the community. Everyone: cleaners, bell-staff, hosts, wait-staff, everyone, were wonderful to us. The hotel was full and busy but we never felt rushed or like we were not important. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Driving up the hotel looks very nice. Right off of interstate. Lots of parking available. Staff was friendly and made checkin easy. 1 free voucher for the breakfast buffet was given. The pool area looked nice but the hot tub area was ropes off with no explanation so that was disappointing. Room was spacious and clean. Well maintained.
No bathtub in the king room or fridge/microwave. I was reading that those were available for rent. Shower was wonderful-great pressure. Slightly noisy location as it is off of a busy street and near the hospital. The village is a 10 to 15 minute drive. Close to food places.

This is a decent hotel in need of updating. There isn't much around the hotel, but they do have a shuttle. My 5 stars are based on the hotel staff, GREAT work, the bar staff.and everyone involved with the wedding I attended. The rooms, the staff, the event space, were great and the family had an AMAZING time

Excellent business class rooms, very clean, fresh linens daily, energetic staff, excellent gym with a variety of work out equipment. The pool looked clean, but did not bring a suit. Dinning was only drawback, two of three nights, they served my main meal medium to Luke warm, due to having the salad bar. I believe that it was cooked and done well before I finished my salad. Other than that I have 2 more nights of stay.

This hotel gave us the most amazing wedding and best day of our lives. The food was so good and the staff took such great care of my wedding party and guests. Thank you to everyone at Sonesta for doing everything to make sure our night was perfect. Lisa, you were there on a personal level at all hours for us and we appreciate it so much.
