Daniel did a great job representing me when it came to custody arrangement/divorce! He is very experienced and calm about the process, so he was able to talk me through every step of the way. Mr Simco was the arbitrator in a recent case against me; the issue wasn't really whether I owed AmEx, but how the money was to be repaid. I believe that he saw that, and worked hard to resolve the issue so that I paid the money on the terms I had originally agreed to, not all at once as AmEx was demanding. A very good attorney, and a very competent arbitrator who shows compassion for both sides.

Completely unprofessional and made a life changing mistake for my family and myself. He did not follow through with his due diligence. Very disappointed.

The response that Daniel has given is truly the most deceptive way of not owning his actions. I am not here for a debate, I am simply here to inform and send caution for anyone looking into retaining this man.
