Sara Riechers DDS: Compassionate Dentistry

I can't recommend Compassionate Dentistry enough! Their name truly says it all. They have the most friendly staff while providing the highest quality service. Dr. Riechers is INCREDIBLE. She is so kind, and cares about her work and patients beyond measures. It's also very clear she treats her staff well. The environment is top tier. A five star review is simply not enough! They are 5+!

Had to have some work done. Staff was great and made sure everything was ready. They were helpful and super compassionate about previous issues I have had with dentists. Sara was prepared and ready. Again listened to my concerns and made sure they were addressed. My time in the office was around 45 minutes which was super fast. I would highly recommend compassionate dentistry to anyone that is need of a great dentist.

Found Dr. Reicher online after moving to Grants Pass from Alaska. Had tried another dentist first but was not completely satisfied. I was very happy with the care I received. She explained my options with an appropriate level of detail. She has a light touch and takes here time. I didn't feel like I was being rushed through. There is also a good, cheerful vibe to the entire office.

Like many, I am not a fan of going to the Dentist. When mine was no longer seeing patients, a coworker suggested Compassionate as they made an effort to make everyone feel comfortable. I have been a patient for about 3 years now and am very happy to have chosen this office. Dr. Riechers is awesome, the dental hygienist’s are great and you’re always welcomed with a cheerful greeting from Bridget when you arrive. They are also great at working you in if you have an unexpected issue. 5 stars!

We have been going to Dr. Sara Riechers office ever since moving to the area about 3 1/2 years ago. It is a very professional office yet friendly as well. Everyone from the front office to hygienists to Dr R is personable and caring providing gentle care. It also helps that the office setting itself is beautiful and very convenient on D Street in downtown Grants Pass.

Compassionate dentistry has lived up to their name in every way possible (this is coming from someone who, to put it mildly, strongly detests going to the dentist). Bridgett at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She is very willing to work with your busy schedule and always has such a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Noelle is by far the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is very gentle and she is constantly making sure you are aware of what’s happening and that you’re comfortable. She didn’t even mind me playing my own music although my headphones weren’t working. Dr Sara has been wonderful and is also very thorough with communication and making a plan to keep your teeth and gums healthy. I would not even consider looking elsewhere for a dentist!

I have had extensive dental work and can only say this is the most amazing dentist experience I have ever had.
Sara is gentle, she, along with her staff are pleasant, understanding, non- judgmental and all around fantastic people.
I am surprised that they have the ability to make me feel calm during the procedures.
Sounds a little crazy to say but i actually look forward to my visits.
I recommend this office to anybody no matter the dental needs.

The level of tech and aesthetics in this office are astounding, but above that, is the detail and care staff pamper their patients with. There are offices in town that strive to make a spa atmosphere, boast about great service, but never fulfill the pictures they present. This staff ensure the best care and quality, without need to boast—they are the real deal and the experience each patient is ensured speaks for itself!
From the very first time you talk with Bridgett to schedule, you know you’re in good hands. She is such a gem! Her friendliness and instant dedication to your individual needs sets the tone for the entire experience, immediately putting patients at ease.
Noelle is the absolute best hygienist! My teeth have never felt so clean or looked so good after a cleaning. She is very careful and considerate—exactly what you’d expect from a team carefully crafted by an exceptional dentist who truly cares about her patients.
Dr. Riechers is beyond comparison. She explains each step and sits with her patients to ensure their experience is phenomenal. Dr. Riechers and her staff are phenomenal. Bridgette in reception has a great memory and a genuinely caring attitude. Getting a reminder call for a dental appointment has never been so delightful! The hygienists are equally kind and gentle. Dr. Riechers numbed me so well with just one shot and was patient with me filing the tooth repeatedly because I couldn’t be decisive about how it felt. The staff are happy and knowledgeable. This is the best dentist and dental office ever.

Dr. Sara is wonderful. I am a retired dentist and I thought I was pretty darn good one. Well I humbly turn the crown over to Dr. Reichert and her team.
I had to have a tooth surgically extracted (I wasn't practicing what I used to preach 😅). I was treated professionally and compassionately as advertised. I experienced no post operative pain or swelling. I look forward to my implant. Thank you and your nice staff!

I'm a new patient at Compassionate Dentistry and I just have to say how relieved I am to have found this office and staff. I HATE going to the dentist, as many of us do, so I have put it off for far too long. Walking into a new office where you aren't sure what to expect, knowing you're gonna need some work, is intimidating. I was warmly greeted by Bridgette when I arrived, she knew my name immediately and genuinely made me feel welcome. The office space felt new and clean and as a patient who cares about her health, I appreciated their attentiveness to a healthy and clean environment. Thank you! Dr. Riechers and her assistant were amazing. I felt confident in the way they communicated with me to make sure I understood and was comfortable throughout my visit. They thoroughly went over their recommended treatment plan with me and when I expressed any sort of concern (financial, time, anything) they provided really great resources or other options. They cared for me as a patient, not a paycheck and I find that important. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a new Dentist. If anyone is looking for a dental office that does excellent and compassionate work, I highly recommend Dr. Sarah Reichert. She and her staff are wonderful. I recently had an old crown replaced and am very satisfied with both the outcome and how I was treated. I experience tremendous stress while undergoing complicated dental procedures. I asked for and received oral sedation. This made my experience much less of an ordeal. In fact, I barely remember it. Don't be ashamed to ask for this kind of help. We all need to take care of our teeth and we should be able to do it without fear. Thank you Dr. Reichert.

I took my son to Compassionate Dentistry to have 3 fillings filled. He was very anxious and nervous because he has had bad experiences in the past. The consultation went very well, he felt at ease and knew what the next visit would entail, his questions were answered and a plan was made. After his second visit to have his fillings filled, he said " This was the best dentist visit I've ever had!" From walking in the door to the procedure and walking out, the experience was wonderful. The staff is warm and welcoming and Dr. Riechers was gentle and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Riechers and her staff to anyone looking for a great place to having any dentistry work done. My experience at compassionate dentistry was phenomenal. I was experiencing tooth pain upon waking up and the were able to get me in right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and followed all the covid procedures perfectly. Dr. Riechers was fantastic! She repaired a tooth for me that another dentist botched many years ago and left me feeling so much more confident in my smile! I would highly recommend compassionate dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist in the rogue valley. I’ve already scheduled future appointments at their office because I was so impressed.
