I used Duke city floral after reading reviews on yelp. I was ordering from out-of-state and found my phone conversation with Brian to be an easy one. He was helpful patient and accommodating.. The Evergreen table arrangement delivered as a gift was absolutely stunning.

They welcomed me with hospitality and kindness like I have been doing buisness with them for years. They were so helpful with getting my girlfriends corsage, even gave me ideas on what would make them pop and look good. I came to them yesterday after someone had cancelled on my order and they couldn’t have been happier to help me out they had it done in a single day. It looks better than I could have ever imagined it would. They also spoke English & Spanish. If you ever need anything floral I advise you to come to them 100%. They make your happiness their passion and I just want to say thank you to them!

I am new to the Albuquerque area and used online reviews to choose Duke City Floral. They did not disappoint! Great over-the-phone customer service, prompt delivery and a product that was even better than advertised. I sent the Pink Citrus Lily Bouquet to my wife on her first day of a new job. Not only was she impressed but her colleagues were, too. Will definitely use DCF again.

I went in to buy some flowers for my mom and I’m glad I came here. Brian, the owner introduced himself along with the girls who were putting arrangements together. They gave me a tour of the shop and told me about the different arrangements they offer. They really care about their customers and want to make sure you get the right arrangement. My mom really loved the flowers she got and told me the whole office was complimenting them. I highly recommend Duke City Floral, best experience I’ve had. Thank you.

I don't live in Albuquerque but wanted to send a plant to a memorial service at a community service. I called Duke City Floral. I appreciated that the clerk emailed me an invoice so that I could see exactly what was going to be ordered and charged. After I agreed, he charged my credit card. The plant was delivered to the community center a day ahead of the morning service, and the driver worked around the office staff's schedule to make sure that it was received and not left on a porch overnight. Thank you, Duke City Floral!

From the moment, Bryan answered the phone at Duke City Florists, he provided excellent customer service. What I most liked about him is that he was very helpful in helping me find an arrangement that I would find reasonable. All the arrangements he showed me were beautiful but I loved the one dozen long stem roses the most regardless of the cost! Bryan was very patient throughout our conversation, helpful, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you Bryan for delivering the flowers to Rosa for her birthday at her place of employment at the time you said they'd be there and making sure she received them.

Loved it! I dont live near here but found it on google and they had some beautiful things already ready. The employees were so warm and welcoming, I will make a point to go back here. They also have a really nice looking event room.

I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers from my husband Tuesday from Duke City Floral. It is the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen in my life. All of my roses had bling in the center of each one. I'm going to attach a photo. On Mothers Day I received a bouquet from them as well and it was gorgeous. They always add something unique. My flowers from my kids were in a red heart shaped vase. We live up by the owner and I happened to see his truck outside and wrote down the number to the shop. It was the best thing I've done when it comes to flowers. I've seen some beautiful arrangements but nothing compares to Duke City. We will be customers for life. I send flowers as well and will only be using Duke City. I would definitely recommend them because I can guarantee you won't have to worry. We own an insurance agency so I know how important it is for your customers to be happy.

I live out of state, and needed some flowers for my mom. Called and spoke with Michelle. She was very helpful in getting my order together, and offered to send a pic of the flowers before they left the shop. The arrangement was beautiful, and matched the picture sent in our thank you text from mom. I would highly recommend them, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Was very pleased with the quality and service of Duke City Floral. I had an ordered an arrangement for my mothers funeral and got so many compliments on the flowers. They provided great service with the delivery and setting up of the flowers. The ladies at the shop were so nice and personable. I even had to make some last minute additions to my order and they did it with no hesitation. I was very happy I went with them and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

It took me too long to write a review.
In my grief just before a funeral, Duke City Floral was kind enough to call me to verify my order and suggest a change. I am so grateful for their suggestion as I was in unfamiliar territory. I was then assured by the caller that the arrangement would be beautiful. It gave me one less thing to worry about and the recipient of the flowers could not stop expressing how amazing they were. It still brings me to tears thinking about how lovely this florist was, just when it was needed, so that I could feel confident in the flower selection. They will now be my go-to florist, highly recommend. A thoughtful and detail oriented business in this day and age is something special.

I highly recommend Duke City Floral. I ordered flowers for a very very sick family member for Easter and they created a beautiful bouquet for her. I screwed up the address when ordering and was in a panic when the flowers were delivered to the wrong address ( my bad, not Duke City Floral) they made sure she got the flowers ASAP and she was so touched and really felt our LOVE during this really rough time. I called Duke City to order some flowers for a friend. Michelle was so helpful. Their website shows some beautiful arrangements and I chose one. She was good to tell me they would make some substitutions due to shortages of flowers. The arrangement was spectacular! Even better than the picture! And to get them delivered the same day, was priceless!

I purchased flowers for my Mother's funeral and the floral arrangement is entitled "Sympathy Cross " it was so beautiful. My family was really impressed . I would like to recommend Duke City flowers to all my family and friends. I would also have to mention the customer service was very friendly and helpful.
