Total Wine & More

Our go to for all things spiritual! Ok, well for the spirits anyway. 🙂 I'm a huge fan for several reasons, but mostly because they stock Founder's craft beers. Oh my heart!! See my photo for today's spectacular find. We also picked up a pony keg for the trusty kegorator and some interesting rum cask red wine.

Had a great experience with customer service. The individual was very familiar with the wine and, with little description, was able to find me a very nice bottle of red wine for Christmas Eve. Happy Holidays!

Fabulous experience today! From the moment we walked in, every single staff member we encountered was pleasant, asked if we need help finding anything and helped us get what we were looking for. So friendly and helpful! Alan, the store manager, has a great crew and it is obvious the entire staff follows his customer-oriented lead. Great job, all!

The best experience and customer service I've had in
awhile ❤.... Armando, as my daughter said, is THE MAN lol. We came to this location to grab a few last minute gifts for Xmas. My family had tragic events which led us to last min shopping. I was truly dreading to go out, but Armando made our experience wonderful. It wasn't a shock to me that most of their stock was low or out. I thought it was a failed shopping attempt on my end. Armando asked if I needed any help, and oh boy, did I need help lol. It was just about every item I needed he had to actually search for in back stock or stock above shelves. I felt so bad working him so much, but he made me feel comfortable. It was more a welcoming comfort, and I got your back no problem kindness. I know he's just doing his job as most would say, but really, to be honest, people have gotten more rude and lazy these days. It's actually going out of his way that made me post this, and he didn't quit searching until all items were found. I even said it's ok at times to stop searching. Thank you again, Armando, and ALL who work here. Happy New Year's

I have very little experience with liquor stores - I've only been drinking whiskey for 2.5 years, and this is one of just two liquor stores I trade at. However, I think very highly of the place. It's easy to navigate (except when rude customers stand right in the road, which of course isn't the store's fault), the prices are fair at least in the range of my budget, and the employees are invariably friendly and helpful. The only small criticism I have is that sometimes some of the employees can get a bit pushy regarding Total Wine store brands - otherwise I love the store.

If you want great service and fabulous selections, this is it. The staff is very well versed in all the stock. This is a quarterly trip to stock up

Go here. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a fantastic selection, and any staff is happy to see how they can find the beverage you're looking for if it's not in stock. If they can't get it foe you, they are clearly explain why and they are very good at finding comparable product that is in stock.

I usually order online for pick-up. They have an amazing variety of beverages at very reasonable prices.

It's simple. They have a large enough selection of alcohol products from around the globe to satisfy most patrons. Large bottles to shooters, glassware to gifts, cigar humidor to a tastings. Snacks? Yep!
Exotic and rare, some of that too.
They aren't the largest liquor store I've been in, but they will be happy to help you!! They have many locations and in different states. They are always clean and the staff is always kind and helpful.
They have a great selection of Veil Vodkas!!! My personal favorite.

Coming here in the middle of the afternoon on New Year’s Eve is like visiting a toy store on Christmas Eve. It was packed! But instead of frantic, stressed individuals, the patrons were happy and loved shopping for ordinary and extraordinary alcoholic beverages. We were on a quest for El Padrino, Reposadra. The Blanc was on the end of an aisle. We had to go down the aisle to find it. No worries. We also looked for Coors Light, and one of the friendly employees guided us to it. Prices are great here, by the way.

Check out lanes were not too long, and while waiting in line, we engaged in conversations about our selections with others waiting for a cashier. Our cashier was patient and friendly. When we asked if they’d close early (nope) or close tomorrow (nope), he told us employees only have one holiday off a year - Christmas. I hope Total Wine treats their employees well because they are a treasure!

Michael Giannuzzi totally killed it! I got some expert advice on Italian red wines from him. Used that knowledge and customer service to stock up on wines I have been enjoying since early September.

Well. My favorite Place.Remember Walmart ,Total,Wine and Hospitals 1st Responders, Yes Fire and Police.But never do they see more Sick Americans Than Retail and Hospitals do.

Great selection of everything alcohol/mixer you can think if and the staff were helpful with finding what we needed.

Big selection, I only went in for 1 thing, they didn't have it, but I got something else to try and ended up discovering a new wine I really enjoy. Also the staff were helpful in trying to double check the wine I wanted was truly not carried.

I love this place, everyone is always so very helpful and security always greets you at the door.

Gargantuan selection. Not my drug of choice but my wife loves this place. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about products.

I needed some organic vodka to make some herbal tinctures, and found what I needed very easily. The staff was friendly and showed me to the right aisle, so I could chose what I needed... It was nice that they have started tastings and classes again!
