I have Friends that work in the plaza, and when the owner, ( gentlemAn) price gouges the daylights out of people. 14$ for a pack of smokes not inc tax wow its new New York prices when hes in. Go somewhere else unless its the sweet lady who everyone loves. The owner will get karma for taking advantage of people. The department of labor should be involved or BBB or maybe the city should look into the gouging some people do to take advantage of the less fortunate. Shame on you owner.
