Chick-fil-A

This is a new location. I have been there probably a dozen times since it opened. It is getting faster the workers are nice. They did give me pickles on my sandwich, which I ordered it without. But if that's the biggest problem i have with a restaurant, it is doing pretty well, in my opinion.

My food was hot and well prepared! I got 2 shakes that were simply INCREDIBLE. The service was so friendly, and although you can tell the staff is newer I feel like they are doing an amazing job. The wait was a tad longer than usual, but it’s a brand new store, idk what people expect.

I’m impressed and so excited to have a chick fil a so close to me now. THANK YOU

I had the best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had from Chick-fil-A, at this location. The person taking my order was friendly and professional. The owner is a really nice guy who took his time to greet everyone and ask about our service. My husband and children were with me, and we all enjoyed our dine-in experience.

First and foremost, the staff at Chick-fil-A University City deserves commendation. The service speed is impressive, especially during peak hours. The team here efficiently manages the flow of customers, ensuring that everyone gets their orders in a timely manner. Even the drive-thru, notorious for long waits at other establishments, moves swiftly without compromising accuracy.

Friendly efficient service. Food order was perfect. It's everything you'd expect from Chick-fil-A.

Very clean store. The customer service here is wonderful and definitely appreciated. Mr. Rick was very pleasant and professional as well as Ms. Jackie. I'm always able to get in and out whether I walk in or drive thru. Food is always fresh. The soups are my favorite. The mac-n-cheese is good also. Love this location.

This place is so nice, new, and clean. The people here are also very nice and make sure you get everything you need. I’ve been the Chick fil A’s where they rush you and are super rude but here was not the case

I've had the pleasure of dining in and enjoying take out. Both experiences were remarkable. The food is always better when you it feels like the people care! It was fresh, yummy, and speedy!!

Went with the family and we had about 8 orders. Food was fast and fresh. When the food arrived they forgot one part of our order. We mentioned it to manager that served us the food. It was never on the receipt but the manager said he’ll take care of it. Then 5 min later he came out with a 30 piece chicken nuggets! “It’s on us”. That’s service you don’t get at any other fast food place!

This was one of the cleanest fast friendly services people are welcoming food was good and hot I will be returning this in now my new Chick-fil-A

My dine in experience, was great at this Chick-fil-A!! Everyone I came in contact with from Management to the servers, were polite and extremely professional! The facility was very clean as well, my family and I will definitely be back.

This was my first time in this new location and it was very clean. The team members were friendly as always and they made sure our sandwiches were made very well. I’m definitely going to stop here every time I make a Costco run.

I loved,loved the great Customer service in the front house.The beautiful young lady named Valencia was very nice and friendly and helpful and amazing with the customers.she knows her job very well.she made me love to Dine in, and I loved how she interacted with her teammates to get my food out quickly and to make sure I had everything I needed for my meal! I will definitely go back again to Dine in with this New Chick -fil-A on Olive.Thanks Miss.Valencia for your fanomanal customer service Girl!!! Kudos to this beautiful young lady.I have been telling all my coworkers about the great service she made me experience with this New location.I feel like this young lady needs to be nominated for employee of the month.I actually look forward for her to take my order when I come in.I love to give credit when credit is due.Thanks Chick-fil-A Family!!!!

I've been to this location a few times since they opened, and each visit gets better and better. The staff is friendly and professional, the service is quick, the establishment is clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I'm so glad that a Chick-fil-A is in this community!

Great experience! Food was hot and fresh. Owner came out to greet me and was very thankful for coming to his location. Customer service was fast as well.

First of all I don’t understand the negative review from Amandeep Walia. I’ve been in here three times since their grand opening and everything was awesome! No one was on their phone, service and food was excellent! The workers were prompt, speedy, and very courteous!

Drive-thru was a breeze for once 😉😉 staff is always very nice, and the food is always excellent. 👌

I usually get the breakfast bowl and a large lemonade,,,so good, I couldn't get a picture after they gave me the bag....
