Salt Lake Express - Bus Service

I have traveled with this company many times and I actually do have issues with it but I want to leave this review with 5 stars for the driver Aaron Shippen who drove the bus I was on recently. He was considerate with my luggage and even secured my duffel bag of computer parts for their safety. He drove us through darkness, fog, and snow without any issues. I have had some terrible luck with this company at times but this driver deserves the 5 stars.

I've taken the SL Express twice this month and had a great experience both times! This is my first time on the big bus. I'm not sure how old it is, but it needs to be upgraded, IMO. It's incredibly noisy, wind whistling at a nearly deafening volume.
The saving grace for this trip was the driver, Joseph Forbess. He's awesome! He deserves a raise and a mini fridge! 🤣🤣🤣
He's very friendly and professional, not to mention....he's a great driver!
Please pass this on to him! And please......upgrade his bus! #4539

I book a lot of travel for individuals in my line of work, and I have never had such a smooth experience as when I worked with Jessa L in customer service who works down in the St. George location. We had a complicated account credit situation, and she handled it with ease. I've never had an easier time booking travel!

My driver was Joseph Forbess and I’m a verified customer ticket order: 1413521. I cannot say enough about how awesome this guy is. He went above and beyond the call to duty and he made my experience a delight with the Salt Lake express. He was checking in on us, helping people in and out of the bus, regulating temperature perfectly, helping with bags, giving recommendations personal to passengers and their destinations, the whole 9 yards. As somewhat of a local to the Salt Lake Valley, I’ve been riding the shuttle for years and this was by far the top tier of service that I’ve received. I would recommend him to anybody.

Rode these busses to Utah and back to Idaho. Every driver was nice and very helpful but I rode twice with Kyle Anderson. He was amazing. I took the late bus down and he made sure since I was safe and new where the next bus would come in and who was driving it since I was going to have a long wait for my next bus. Second time he and I had a nice conversation and he was just nice. It made the trip so much easier

We rode all week from Jackson to Teton Village with driver Steve Peacock. It was a great experience. Steve was on time, helpful and kind. What wonderful service. Thank you.

Bus clean. Luke Davidson great driver. Courteous, safe, always kept travelers informed about where we were going and what was coming up. On time always. Good representative of your company.

My bus driver was so nice and cool. Kept bus clean. Let us play movies. Super chill guy. If we weren’t a highschool team we would hang out with Chris on a nice weekend, maybe have a BBQ. Chris is great at his job and he is a great person.

Aaron has been Mt driver twice now, and he's great. He's up front with information, is thorough making sure everything is well, and has a friendly manner, and tone. And he's funny :)

I have had Kyle Andersen the past few times I've used the bus to go visit my mom and he's been wonderful and very nice. Always struck up great conversations and even remembered me and my service dog in training dogs name when he sees us

Kyle Anderson was a great bus driver, got us to our destination safely and ahead of time, and helped me figure out how to get my bike on the bus when it wouldn’t fit in the storage area underneath. He was very friendly and chatted with all the other passengers, remembered everyone’s names, and gave clear announcements of the stops to make sure everyone got off at the proper spots

Salt Lake Express provided a superb experience for our company guests from Las Vegas to Mesquite and return to Las Vegas.
The Coach was timely, clean and very comfortable.

I took the bus from Salt Lake City Airport to Idaho Falls on August 22, 2023 at 10am. The bus was on time, comfy and clean. The bus driver (Erin?) was stellar, asking about the AC, making super clear announcements, and just being a nice dude in general. Will ride again this holiday.

I don't know which one to post this on. But Donovan B is a top notch driver. Super respectful, very safe driver and accommodating on our way to vernal. Couldn't have asked for a better driver. You guys are lucky to have him!!

Recently me and my wife are without a car and Cody Tracy one of your employees has been very kind and helpful to help us stop closer to our home. He is a great employee and just recently he gave us a mask from his own just for our safety. This employees needs to get a raise and that is not for just being king but also patient, helpful, humble and safe to get a lift with!
