Costa Vida is far better than Cafe Rio. The bubble wall is immaculate. The taste, superb, the service (@Brooklyn) amazing. She is the best employee Costa Vida has ever had! Portions are huge! So much bang for your buck! Environment is very friendly. It’s the type of place you could go live, laugh, love.

The quality of this food is UNREAL. Everything tastes so fresh and delectable. Brooklyn (the employee who helped me) was so friendly and inviting. I love the atmosphere, decorations, and colors that Costa Vida has. I felt so full and definitely will be coming back more often. Thanks Costa Vida :)

Fantastic gluten free options. All of there meats are gluten free and anything without a tortilla. They were super aware of all the options and changed their gloves without me asking. Great flavor for gluten free food!!

Costa Vida is great! The food is delicious and the workers are so friendly. There are so many food options, including gluten-free options. Feels like a party in your mouth.

Costa Vida is the best place ever! It's always a 10/10 and I am never disappointed. The food is prepared well and the flavor is delicious. The food is always fresh and the staff is always very friendly and efficient. The building is always very clean and aesthetically pleasing. :) It is wayyyy better than Cafe Rio because there is more variety in their toppings and sauces, the food at Costa Vida is always more flavorful than at Cafe Rio.

This was my first time and I was highly impressed. The food was SO YUMMY. I was a hard core Cafe Rio fan, but this was AMAZING. I got a smothered black bean and pulled pork burrito and the pulled pork was exactly the way I like it! It was sweet and the flavor was good! The coworkers were awesome. Really, they made the experience better. Will come back!

This is one of my favorite places. I love the way the people are super energetic. It's nice walking into a restaurant and having a fun place to go. Please don't lose that. I usually always have left leftovers that I intend to eat the next day, UNTIL the 16 year old in our home claims them. He says, "Mom, this is a WE thing, right? NO, it's an I!! I didn't finish it therefore its mine. Yes, WE!! You ate some, I'm finishing it." If you didn't make such food, I wouldn't have this argument. Again, THANK YOU!!

Caught them last minute about half hour before close to grab before we went to the drive in. The Rexburg one has never been one to disappoint! Portions are great, staff is extra friendly (something I don't say too easily when it comes to the local students) and nothing like the Sand Creek Store in Ammon. Employees barely pay attention to customer and talk to each other, give portions that seem like a soup kitchen that can't afford to feed the patrons. For the wealthy part of town, they serve like it's for paupers.

Great food, good quality and great quantity. I go especially for their green Chile! On everything!!

If you are coming to Costa Vida, you probably already know you like the food but what set this Costa Vida apart from others I've been to are the employees. They all seemed happy and positive, like they are happy to be at work. As we ate, I watched and I think I know why they are happy. During the time we are, I saw a manager sit down with two different employees and ask how work was going and praise them about specific good things they were doing at work. He also wished one a happy birthday, fist-bumped another, asked another what his weekend plans were, and several other conversations I couldn't hear. Kudos to that manager. Totally impressed with this location; Costa Vida tastes the same wherever you go, but you don't always see such a positive work environment and it just makes it feel good to be there.

I got a Sweet Pork Burrito from here with beans, cheese, and their spicy sauce. It was extremely fulfilling. Tasted really delicious. The service was very fast from start of ordering to getting food wasn't more than five minutes. The atmosphere was quiet, and the table was clean. It is somewhere I'll gladly visit again and recommend.

The general manager is so personable!!! He recognizes my husband each time he comes in because he also works in the fast food industry. The food here is also really good and filling. We come so much that I’m starting to get tired of it! We still end up coming back though😂 My only complaint is that sometimes the lobby is a mess and sometimes their beverage station is not stocked with essentials like lids or forks.

Went in recently and had a great experience. Food was bomb and they got it out super quick. They happened to get my quesadilla order wrong (I totally understood, it was the dinner rush and there was way more quesadilla orders than usual) I let them know and in seconds an employee (who I assume was the manager, tall with brown hair) apologized and had my correct order at my table. Great food and great service and all the employees are polite!

This is one of my most favorite restaurants! I know that when I come here I will always get my moneys worth. The ingredients are always fresh and I believe everything here is homemade! You can see them make fresh and HOT tortillas as you are ordering your meal. They always make sure that your food is high quality and will even replace your meal if there is a problem! No complaints here, just a full and happy stomach! This place is perfect place to bring the family, date, friends, or even just yourself. Something I also really appreciate about this place is that the bathrooms are always clean! That's very important to me. Anyways, this place is awesome!

If you like Mexican food, this is your go-to. Absolutely my favorite place to go for comfort food! Grilled steak tacos are so good!! Chips and guacamole...umm yes!!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at Costa Vida. Super fast, friendly, and over the top polite. They even put my tres leches in a different bag than my burrito so it wouldn’t melt as fast.

This has been one of our favorite places in Rexburg ever since they opened. We can always expect friendly staff, great tasting food and a clean place to eat. We have never had funny tasting food or portion issues. The Manager has always stopped by our table to say "hi" and ask about our food and experience which always makes a difference. The couple times we had suggestions, which were minimal by the way, were promptly addressed by management before our next visit. The best customer support for sure!

Stopped in for some great tasting fast served food! I really like that they have a daily deal because it is nice to switch it up now and then. My wife and I both got there pulled pork small salad. I was concerned that it wouldn't fill me up but I was quite satisfied afterwards. Even with going in at there lunch rush time we were able to get our food quickly, eat at a clean table, and enjoy our time there.

Costa Vida is great! It's always been a family favorite with healthy, tasty options to choose from. And they're very conscious of food allergies, especially if you're Gluten Free. They have real corn tortillas and they change their gloves when you mention you're Gluten Free. The staff is always caring and courteous and the facility is always on the clean side. I go there when I have a few extra bucks. :)
